Do not recommend them for purchasing your vehicles. None of the sales men have any knowledge of the cars in their lot. Please read the car fax on your vehicle of interested. I came three different time None of the sales men have any knowledge of the cars in their lot. Please read the car fax on your vehicle of interested. I came three different times, once last month. No cars interested in. Looked online found a great car for a good deal. Came in spoke to Chris he showed us the vehicle we were unable to test drive because they lost the keys, and apparently have had them lost for 3 days now. Chris said he would make a note about the keys & check an eta on when a locksmith would come out and have it programmed and cut. He said tomorrow morning (today). It was about 12:30 and I haven’t heard back about the locksmith coming out and making the key. So I called Texas Nissan they informed me it was made, I could come up and test drive today. When I arrived, I was able to test drive it! We informed them I would be buying it out full in CASH! When I walked back in from the test drive, ready to purchase today in full cash!! Brandon said another sales person had sold the car already, and they were waiting approval to finalize the purchase! *laughing* They undersold from a CASH PURCHASER while I was out testing, and then had the audacity to say they could help me find another vehicle! Lol why would any reasonable person continue business with a company that wastes their buyers time and will under sale while you’re test driving lol! Then their sales manger Cole, saw no issue in what occur today nor offered any solution to this issue. He only informed me I should of put a down payment on a vehicle they had no keys for which is laughable as well (it’s a non refundable down payment.) Then lied and said no one informed him of us coming the day before, but Chris made note because I spoke to him again, and the only reason they made the new key was because of myself the potential buyer who came the day before. They’re a grimy company, and that’s probably why Car Dealer Rater rates them a 2 out of 5! I don’t blame Chris for any of this that occur today, Chris was great and has been helpful even on his day off. More
I went to trade in my car for a used truck that was not at the dealership but at a nearby auction where it was about to be sold. They were willing to go get it for me because I wanted to see the truck befo at the dealership but at a nearby auction where it was about to be sold. They were willing to go get it for me because I wanted to see the truck before I bought it (obviously). When we picked up the truck, it was dirty, stained, and the mileage was 5k higher than advertised. I didn’t catch the name of the seller but he was extremely rude and condescending bc we didn’t sign for the car after test driving it. We saw multiple red flags in the staff, in addition to finding out one side airbag was recalled. We decided not to get the truck and they held our keys for about 20 minutes and wouldn’t give them back to us because they were “lost”. In reality, they were just making us wait because they were upset we didn’t get the truck. In the meantime, the seller was repeating “man you made us waste our time” over and over. They were upset That we backed out of a bad deal and they weren’t able to rip us off. Unprofessional, unlikeable, and incompetent sellers through and through. Losing a client is part of working at a dealership. If you can’t handle somebody backing out of a deal, you should find another job instead of berating customers. I’m not going to sign just to make you happy. Tip: DEMAND for your car keys back. Nobody is having lunch at 6pm- they are just sore losers. More
Run don't walk away from this dealership! They will scam you. The advertised price of their vehicles are deceiving because when you sit down to go over numbers you will notice a $3,500.00 "reconditioning fee" that they add to the price. They justify this fee by stating that it covers any unexpected issues with the vehicle after you drive off the lot but any dealership that would add this fee to the price will also not stand behind the repair in my opinion. In addition, I did not encounter any professional sales staff. You will likely feel a shady vibe walking through the door so beware and listen to your gut. You can google/youtube the "reconditioning fee" and see that there are warnings out there for this sales tactic. I would also verify that they are charging the correct amount for the tax, title and registration fees and they're not up charging these as well. More
I wanted to recognize Ryan Glowinski, Grapevine Nissan Service Advisor for his assistant and help on a huge issue we had with my girlfriend car. Even though our issue with vehicle had nothing to do with G Service Advisor for his assistant and help on a huge issue we had with my girlfriend car. Even though our issue with vehicle had nothing to do with Grapevine Nissan, Ryan went over and above to help us and determine the best solution to resolve the matter. Totally impressed with his honesty, integrity, and doing what was in the best interest of a Customer. These days you just don’t find many people like Ryan and so gratefully so his guidance in a very confusing dilemma. More
Wish I could rate zero stars. Was lied to from the beginning. Tried to buy an Audi s3, sales person Justin.. seemed to be annoyed throughout our negotiation. We ended up making a Was lied to from the beginning. Tried to buy an Audi s3, sales person Justin.. seemed to be annoyed throughout our negotiation. We ended up making a deal over the phone. They ran my credit, took my card info for a deposit. Then the used car sales manager and the used car salesman Justin ignored my calls and texts. When I finally got ahold of the manager he pretended like we didn’t talk in person literally 3 hours ago in person. He told me the banks were closed and I wouldn’t know about financing until the next day. They bs’d the entire time and the car was sold before I ever got into contact with the manager over the phone. He and Justin both ignored my calls instead of being actual men and telling me they sold the car. The manager had the chance to tell me over the phone but decided to pretend like they didn’t sell it. I’d stay away from the dealer as they also add on a $2000 fee for ever single used car that cover “cleaning it”. Online price is not the true price. It’s understandable now why the dealer has such horrible reviews. More
I don’t know that I can fully express just how crooked, immoral, and disrespectful the managers at this dealership are. I am truly appalled. Here are the highlights: • I was sold a warranty for $3k and t immoral, and disrespectful the managers at this dealership are. I am truly appalled. Here are the highlights: • I was sold a warranty for $3k and told it was required by the bank approving my loan application. In the moment I thought it was plausible as my credit is just below average. • Upon returning home the “requirement” was nagging at me. So, I looked closer at the paperwork and called the bank that financed the loan. The warranty was NOT required by the bank and, in fact, cannot legally be required in order to be approved for a loan. • When I called to discuss the discrepancy I was given the run around. Transferred multiple times and fed more lies in an attempt to explain the initial lie. Basically, further disrespected and treated like a chump. Whats worse is that when I continued to insist that I didn’t want or need the warranty the sales manager became quite hostile. Josh told me that I would have to pay a $2k restocking fee to return the vehicle 3 hours after purchase. This was in direct contradiction to what my sales person told me. (Btw Quenton, my sales person, was very kind and not at all pushy) Either way that is utterly ridiculous whether it was truly policy or not. • Over the next week and a half I left numerous emails, voicemails, and messages for the general manager, Johnny Cantrelli. One month later I have not heard from him. • I went to pick up my plates when they arrived and asked, yet again, to speak to the GM. Instead another sales manager came to speak with me. As a very self aware person I can truly say that I was calm, direct, and respectful as I tried to explain the situation and my dissatisfaction. The condescension was incredible. Truly. - His expression was blatantly patronizing. - He told me not to be “emotional” - He said I was “tripping up” what I was saying. As if we were having a debate and I couldn’t keep up. I was/ am SO disgusted by this behavior. Just rubbing salt into the wound. So, I absolutely do NOT recommend this dealer. I strongly urge you to choose another group that has more integrity and will treat you with the respect you deserve. If you do go here and have a similar situation or have already had a similar situation here is some info for you: •Legally this is fraud or breach of fiduciary duty. •A financial institution cannot require GAP insurance or a warranty AKA Mechanical Protection Plan. •If you are tricked into purchasing these you can cancel within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After that you will receive a pro rated refund to be paid to the lien holder. This is what I did. •You can and SHOULD report them to the Texas Attorney Generals office, Texas DMV, Texas Office of Consumer Credit, and the Better Business Bureau. I sincerely hope this helps anyone considering this dealership More
I just want to say from the time I walked in everyone was very welcoming. First off I started messaging My salesperson Andrea about a month ago finally set my appointment and we went from there. Andrea and M very welcoming. First off I started messaging My salesperson Andrea about a month ago finally set my appointment and we went from there. Andrea and Michelle (finance) worked really hard to get me what I wanted. I had to leave for my sons graduation and they both tag teamed to make it happen quick so i can leave but return later on in the day. My experience was very pleasurable and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. I will definitely use them again in my future purchases. Thanks Texas Nissan of Grapevine More
They will scam you and add on 3k extra for “the price it takes to get the cat ready” when I asked what they did they said they did nothing to get my cat ready except wash it… They also sold me a V6 when the takes to get the cat ready” when I asked what they did they said they did nothing to get my cat ready except wash it… They also sold me a V6 when they claimed it was a V8 and I could have saved over 10k dollars.
