I just recently purchased a newer Cadillac Escalade from this dealership. I have some good to say but more bad than good. I found this car online on Cargurus and Cars.com liked it and was contacted immedia this dealership. I have some good to say but more bad than good. I found this car online on Cargurus and Cars.com liked it and was contacted immediately. Brandon B the salesman contacted me and started to work with me and answered questions that I had and sent videos and pictures promptly of the vehicle. That went all good but when it got to talking about numbers, they didn’t really budge much at all and they take pride in selling vehicles at the top end of retail. After back and forth I finally said screw it and went with a price that I didn’t care too much for but it was right before Christmas so I just accepted that I was getting screwed lol. I don’t have patience :). Now for the BAD. After getting numbers worked out etc etc and put a deposit down which was on a Monday and partially Tuesday they said the vehicle would be delivered to me on Friday Dec 23 at 1:00pm with paperwork to be signed etc. So Friday morning came 8ish A.m so I texted my salesman to confirm delivery time and place. Cricket cricket didn’t hear anything for a couple hours. Called the dealership and tried to get ahold of all Personel whom I spoke with about my vehicle. No one could give me answers. I finally was like I need to speak to a manager of managers and got in contact with Josh Howard. He admittedly told me the ball was dropped which was appreciated but ended up having to wait a whole nother week. They ended up having to get papers sent to me through a notary blah blah blah. Ok now for the bad bad. They kept sayingthis vehicle is absolutely in good condition and said everything works and wouldn’t risk putting their employees at risk when delivering a car. Said it passed inspections according to Texas blah blah. As they were pulling up I told them to leave it running just to make sure it didn’t have any errors codes. What do you think? Sure enough there were codes. Said service air bag for one, secondly the rear lift gate latch was broke so the rear door opened sometimes and would close properly, coolant temperature sensor was bad causing the fan to run constantly and the worse part is that the touch screen for the radio wasn’t working which controls everything radio and heating and air but all he said is that well it worked before we left and my warranty should cover it. Pretty crappy response in my opinion. Didn’t even offer to help in any kind of way. After I submit this message it will probably say they are sorry and to email please reach out to Johnny Cantrell at jcantrell@vtaig.com or 817-601-3600 which is total Bull because I emailed him three times. I highly recommend not buying from this dealership, super shady and just out to make money. Will never buy from them again. More

DO NOT BUY HERE Absolutely horrible experience. My husband and I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from them in November; exactly a week after purchasing, the check engine light comes on. We called the dea My husband and I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from them in November; exactly a week after purchasing, the check engine light comes on. We called the dealership and took it in to see what the issue was but, unfortunately, they were not able to diagnose it. We took it to a Hyundai dealership and they let us know that it would need a whole new transmission and the mechanic who helped us mentioned that the engine codes had been wiped before we purchased it, which he said was slightly suspicious with the timing. The finance manager, Josh Howard, was absolutely no help with it at all. We called him several times and he refused to return voicemails or text messages for almost a week. We finally received a single text message from him saying that he was not going to help us and it was now our issue. He showed no sympathy or understanding of the situation. Once our money was in his hand, his customer service facade completely dropped. We also called the GM, Johnny, several times left voicemails, emails and got nothing except a simple email brushing us off. We did manage to get a hold of the other manager, Jake, who wouldn’t even let my husband get a sentence in without interrupting him saying it’s now our problem and they have no legal obligation to help us. So we are now saddled with a $4,000+ repair on a nearly $20,000 vehicle. Warning to potential buyers: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS More

These people are so dishonest! ! We agreed on a price and they added an extra 3,000 “reconditioning fee” Nothing was explained and everything was signed on a tablet so no paperwork ! We agreed on a price and they added an extra 3,000 “reconditioning fee” Nothing was explained and everything was signed on a tablet so no paperwork to see added fees. They know exactly what they are doing. Taking advantage of good hardworking people. My daughters car lasted 6 days and now has smoke coming from the hood! Not only did we overpay but now it needs repairs! Buyer beware!!! Maddie is a snake and will say and do anything to make a dollar! More
If I could give a zero, then I would. They priced a pickup but when I asked about it they had a recon of $2500. They the leave off the list price. They would t ever give me a detail They priced a pickup but when I asked about it they had a recon of $2500. They the leave off the list price. They would t ever give me a detailed quote, just a final price. Crooked and dishonest. I red the reviews and thought, well can’t be, trust me, it was! More
1. They tried to charge us $3,000 conditional fee on top of the advertised price. 2. The sensor of the windshield was not working when we were buying the car and we pointed this to 2 of the sales people. of the advertised price. 2. The sensor of the windshield was not working when we were buying the car and we pointed this to 2 of the sales people. They said it was like this because they just changed the wipers liquid and it will disappear after driving for a few miles. One month later, the sensor still gives an error on the dashboard which is very annoying. 3. The rims and the tires were polished with some substance that disappeared after the first rain a few days later. The tires are yellowish and cracked, and there is a damage on the rims. The car is 11k miles only ,can't have old tires. 4. The girl who finalized our paperwork made us "a big favor". After taking our financial paperwork, she did the miracle of lowering the APR and getting us "free" extended warranty but we ended up having the same monthly payment we were quoted with the higher APR and please note (!!!), it is not for 72 months like we requested but she changed the period to 75 months without telling us! But, you know, the monthly payment is the same! So we got the "free" warranty (she repeated this 10 times) and after I asked her how come we have the same monthly payment with lower APR she actually mentioned that the warranty is not much - about $2,000 - and we can cancel it at any time and get a refund. It's been already a month and we haven't gotten any paperwork regarding the warranty (which is actually $3,000) that we want to cancel immediately. We called the dealership twice and no one could help. One of the guys said "We are corporate, so you don't have to worry about anything". Not the case. I don't even think to go back there. Also, we will make sure to spread the word to anyone we can as this is one of the worst and most unpleasant experiences we had! More
I would leave 0 stars! I agreed to the visible conditions and to replace 2 tires. The next day I had the car in to get the new tires and the mechanic said he could not believe someone let my son, a first-time driver, drive this car off the lot. The lower control arm bushings were so deteriorated and all 4 upper arms needed to be replaced. I took it to 2 different mechanics, and they said the same. The whole reason the tires needed to be replaced were due to a deteriorated suspension that was not disclosed to me and in fact the exact opposite was told. After 1 MONTH of calling and being promised calls back to handle the issues I was told by sales manager Josh, that I bought a car as is and that all their documents I singed acknowledged that. After our back and forth I stated I would let this encounter be known through reviews. In return Josh threatened to leave a negative review with my company that he has nothing to do with and that I built after my time in the service. I spent over $11,000 cash, no financing, and all my issues were brought up with in 24hours to my sales rep and the first of 4 managers. I was not looking for a new car, just for the dealership to make this car safe to drive for my son first car and they blew me off and threatened my company.. More
