Please be advised that once you start to discuss numbers they will bring out the paperwork with an additional $2,200 for reconditioning fees on top of the advertised price. I believe this is a very disinge they will bring out the paperwork with an additional $2,200 for reconditioning fees on top of the advertised price. I believe this is a very disingenuous business practice. I wasn’t going to fall for it and wasn’t going to use that bait as an negotiation tool. The sad part is that they do it and people fall for it. More
Don't purchase here. ..price out a used car online including TTL. Took it to dealer to pay cash. They started in with the $2k recondition fees, etc...then called on their additional staff for the "intimidation try" which doesn't work on this old man. Long story short pay more somewhere else. How is this place in business? More
STOP AND READ THIS. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership (I can't comment on the new vehicle side, but hard to believe it's any better). I purchased a us Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership (I can't comment on the new vehicle side, but hard to believe it's any better). I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Texas NIssan. I could not take immediate delivery because the air conditioning wasn't working and the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced. I did drive the vehicle and was satisfied with the performance and lack of road noise. When I picked the vehicle up, I commented to the used car manager that the noise above 50 MPH wasn't there when I originally test drove it. He attributed the noise to the large tires on the Jeep. I took the car home and began researching new tires. I decided to have noise evaluated by a 3rd party. Evidently the loud whooshing noise above 50 MPH is related to an incorrectly installed windshield. I emailed the dealership and received a response from Cole Waldrop; Pre-Owned Sales Manager. He said they would take care of it, and then proceeded to ghost me for the past 9 days. Totally unacceptable customer service, especially from a dealership owned by Warren Buffet. I intend to make my views knows to the very highest level of their organization. Do not buy a vehicle here expecting any kind of post sales customer support. More
My family went in and liked a vehicle. Salesman was "out" and manager found our paperwork not submitted. Manager let us know salesman was trying to sell the vehicle that day to someone else whiel they were "out." Manager submitted paperwork and within a couple of hours completed deal. Vehicle delivery was 3 hours after arguing them to deliver it after it was already set up through manager. Upon dleivery, fog lights were unplugged (wires hanging), glass from a recently broken window in the rear seats, under the rear seats, still in the door panel, plus a non-oem key that wouldn't always start the truck. The key to the cover on the back never got to us so it was unusable till I ordered one fromt he complany. I called manager, he promised to make it right, then ghosted us. I called and emailed manager and managers, and then the GM, and then the people that supposedly want to make things right for you...(the people that respond to reviews)...and not one single person has returned my calls or emails. From my personal experience, not hear-say, based on the treatment of my wife and family including not even making the small things right...I do not trust this dealership at all. It has disappointed us to where we don't want to go to dealerships to purchase a vehicle. IT wouldn't have taken much to take care of us. There is not other conclusion based on the 34+ times I've personally reached by emailing and calling and leaving lessages with voicemail and to a person that they refuse to help. More
From 3/2023 to present the leadership has a rate talent that continues to destroy this dealership. After having purchase over 20 vehicles in my life the General Manager here is the most talented Liar ever that continues to destroy this dealership. After having purchase over 20 vehicles in my life the General Manager here is the most talented Liar ever encountered. They can look you straight in the eye, make promises, smooze you, tell you they will be taking care of you - all the while they just want to take your money. If you want terrible service this is where you will encounter it. More

At signing, they had me sign with a mouse on the computer and then they added my digital signature to all the paperwork without letting me see any of them. They also tried to sell me a service plan which I said no to several times because I don’t live near the dealership. They finally told me they we’re giving me the service plan for free. I said “okay, but like I said, I won’t use it because I live too far away to bring the car back for service.” I didn’t get to see any of the paperwork but I didn’t expect to see what they changed. The next day, I looked it over and they had changed the car’s price to $23,500 and added a $2500 service plan. So now, instead of owing $5,900 like I thought, I now owe $14,000. I can’t get out of it either. They completely ripped me off. More

Look at other sites and see how bad they are. These people will bait and switch you and swindle you out of your money. Bought a 2019 Hyundai from them and within a week, the transmission went out entirely. It cost $4,000 to replace it and they didn't care at all. Even the transmission shop I took the car to knew this dealership's terrible reputation by name. A different dealer that looked at the transmission even mentioned that he thought they engine codes may have been wiped so this issue wouldn't show up before a sale. No proof of this, but seems rather suspicious... These people did not care AT ALL. Once they have your money, you are treated like dirt. They literally told me "Well, you should have bought the powertrain warranty we tried to sell you". Josh Howard, the used sales manager, is the exact reason that car dealers and dealerships have such a terrible reputation. He was flippant, impossible to get ahold of when the transmission went out (dodged my calls for over a week), and was enabled by leadership at his dealer to treat me like trash once he had my money. He is by far the worst salesman I have ever met in my life, and his behavior is clearly flowing down to his sales staff. Do not ever buy from these people because they treat you poorly. The owner, Jonny Cantrell, is just as bad as Josh. He has a line that they say to call them on, but he never answers. When the car dealerships collapse, it will be a joy to see this place close down. Bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder which the used vehicle salesman and sales manager "claimed" had gone through a multipoint checklist. Drove it home, 50 miles, and turned heater on due to the cold temp. Unf salesman and sales manager "claimed" had gone through a multipoint checklist. Drove it home, 50 miles, and turned heater on due to the cold temp. Unfortunately, it never got hot. Called the salesperson next business day as this happened on a Saturday. Was advised to bring it in for service. After diagnosing the service advisor informed me that he had spoken to the sales manager who said they would not take care of the repair. SEEMS ODD TO ME THAT THE VEHICLE WENT THROUGH MULTI CHECKS BUT YOU DIDN'T FIND THE HEATER DIDN'T WORK IN WINTER. COST TO REPAIR $260. FAST FORWARD A WEEK AND A NEW PROBLEM. THE KEY FOB DOESN'T OPEN/CLOSE DOOR. TOOK IN FOR SERVICE. THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED. ADVANCE 2 WEEKS AND NEW PROBLEM, DOOR WILL ONLY OPEN BY USING THE MECHANICAL KEY. SCHEDULE (AGAIN HOW WAS THIS NOT FOUND). COST TO REPAIR: $728. AGAIN THE SALES MANAGER AND THE GM YOSEF ABDEL-HAMID SAID THEY THEY WOULD NOT MAKE RIGHT. IN CLOSING THIS IS A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. STEER CLEAR!!!!!!! More

Once we arrived for final test drive and i had asked about repairs (saleguy said no repairs) he started talking about "running the numbers". I said why? We have your price out the door with everything even taxes etc. Then he said they had spent money on the car including repairs, even though he 5 minutes earlier had stated no repairs when I asked about a bad paint job. Finally the sales manager came and offered to cut the fee in half. At that point we left and will never come back to this dealer again. We live 45 minutes away so we basically waster half a day to drive there and having a pointless discussion with them about adding cost on top of our "final price" More
When we decided on this vehicle we knew what problems needed to be fixed and were promised those repairs would be done as soon as possible. The AC was not working and the headliner had been torn out. t needed to be fixed and were promised those repairs would be done as soon as possible. The AC was not working and the headliner had been torn out. this vehicle has a huge moonroof, almost 3/4th of the roof of the car is one big very slightly tinted window. Keep in mind this is Texas and is extremely warm 9 months out of the year. The first and only repair that was done was an issue in that they said they would order the AC compressor and call us to deliver the car and the repair would take "a day or two". Well 10 days later they still had our car and I'm not sure if i had not called complaining about their turnaround time that they wouldn't still have the car in their service shot. The second repair which was never done was to the headliner. According to our salesperson it was a $1700 part that would require at least a week of work and that the part was on backorder and they would call us a soon as it came in. Well the part has yet to "come in" mainly because no one is ordering the part. I texted the salesperson and emailed the owner of the dealership twice (email address provided by operator at dealership, but Johnny doesn't seem to read or answer emails) and finally I called the nearest Ford dealership near me and inquired about the "backordered" part and was told it's not backordered, it never was backordered and it has always been readily available. Once I let my salesperson know this all she said was it wasn't her fault and that it was the service managers fault and from that pint on I have never received any other communication from the salesperson nor any one else at this dealership. Also they never completed the transfer of title on our trade in I'm still getting license renewal notices from the tax accessor. More
