My service advisor was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and the process of diagnosing what was wrong with my vehicle was thorough. Throughout the time it took to fix my vehicle, my service advisor honest, and the process of diagnosing what was wrong with my vehicle was thorough. Throughout the time it took to fix my vehicle, my service advisor was very communicative with updates on the progress. It was my first time to use this dealership and I don’t think I’ll be taking my vehicle anywhere else for service. They are that good! More

My brand new car experience has been robbed by this service center. They are very nice but they don't ever fix a thing because they "can't replicate it." Five issues now. None of them fixed. Even tho service center. They are very nice but they don't ever fix a thing because they "can't replicate it." Five issues now. None of them fixed. Even though I have a video of one. At this last visit they gave me an oil change but didn't rotate the tires saying it wasn't needed, even though the car now has 25k and has never had rotated tires. And now my service warranty is up. I used to be a loyal Nissan owner, but I will trade this car asap and never buy a Nissan again. More
It seems that people’s word are no longer of any value and a job well done is a thing of the past. I have visited GM, drove Honda’s, owned a camry, and now i have a maxima that I am very impressed with the craftsmanship and quality of design put forth, and the only problem i have is with the keyless push to start system, last time I visited your waiting room the 2 hours that I waited to get my key programmed i handed him my key in the same condition that got it back, not sure why i had to wait two hours and pay $130 to just waste as if I had zero value and my time was of no importance as he requested that I should return monday(for a third time on this issue) with now results, no progress and now zero confidence in the process, I dont like being hassled or put on the back burners anymore than the next, but to top off the bad ordeal, there were ants in my coffee somehow, and gnats swarming by the smoking bench outside the front door area that attacked my wife and I, just a bad deal and i still cannot remote start my car.? In the end I don’t know where these 2 visits and my money were allocated towards, and i concur with good business practices, which us why i had to chalk up my losses and forgive the service salesman and move on, because inflation is real and times seemingly have changed for the worse and so had the quality of being honest and providing good information, left wanting and offended. Got work to do, praise the Lord. God bless. More
