**DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY SHOPPING HERE ** Bought a car 22 days.ago, and drove it less than 200 miles total. After purchasing the car, we drove it home and it began to make a rattling no ** Bought a car 22 days.ago, and drove it less than 200 miles total. After purchasing the car, we drove it home and it began to make a rattling noise when accelerating. The rattling noise went away, and then came the whining noise upon acceleration the remainder of the way home. 42 miles total. When stopping the car, there was a burnt smell coming from under the hood. Did a little digging and found the cold air intake was not secured to the car, and the vent cap broken off. No big deal, right... WRONG! Fast forward approximately 2.5 weeks, we finally had time to dig a little deeper and work on the car. Upon further inspection, we found a regular screw on cap that look like it came off a gallon jug of oil, pushed on the Brake Master Cylinder, a bad battery, the TPS light will not shut off (even after new tires were put on), hard shifting when put in gear, and other misc issues. Car sat in the garage for the entire time, before taking it to have new tires put on, and finding the right parts to fix most of the small issues. Gave my daughter the keys to drive it to school Monday. On her way home, the car started making another noise, the Check engine light came on, and the car began to smoke when she stopped, with the burning smell yet again. Ran the scanner on it, and got a code indicating the solenoid valve for the transmission was bad. Pulled the dipstick for the transmission, and it smelled burnt indicating the transmission was bad. After calling three transmission shops, they all stated that the transmission is on its last leg and will most likely need to be replaced, BUT they don't want to work on them because it's such a pain in the butt to do, and it might not even fix the problem. I wanted to give the dealer a chance to rectify the situation. So I went to google to read the negative reviews from others to see what the dealer had told others to do. The dealer responded back to customers stating that we needed to call and talk to Simon, and they would make it right. (See other Reviews) Now I know purchasing a used car is a risk, and things happen, but when i called the dealer to see what we could do to rectify the issue... I was told there was nothing they could do, and that we're stuck with a xxx car that is undrivable. So much for rectifying the situation... Now my daughter has no car to get back and forth, were out $5600 after all the taxes & fees, and I have another yard ornament to sit in the pasture. So now we're going to be out another $5000 to repair the transmission on top of the $5000 we already paid for the car IF I can even find somebody who wants to mess with it. Thanks for nothing... Save your money and go somewhere else before you get had by these crooks like we did. More
The staff are paid through salary and not through competitive wages. This allows them to help you out better than a competitive wage based dealership often can. They really do their absolute best to competitive wages. This allows them to help you out better than a competitive wage based dealership often can. They really do their absolute best to help you and get you into a car that you can afford. They are very nice and see their customers as more than just another check. They get to know you and treat you with respect. I was very impressed with how professional they were. got the car and I am very happy. More
