Upon closer look, discovered car had replacement bumper with damage to shroud under car, never mentioned by Andrew. Kept anyway, then drove about 2500 miles and car wouldn't start in freezing conditions. Tried to contact Andrew and no response. Was stranded in Illinois for 2 days. Turns out something freezing in fuel lines. Nice 16th birthday surprise for daughter..........no price negotiations, and poor customer service. Will not be back More

Really shine and hard not to pass up but you always have to look at the mechanics of a car. Clearly stated the car passed inspection and no mechanical issues. Smartly took it to this awesome BMW place around the corner for a rigiourious inspection. Tech calls me out while the BMW is on lift and shows me where they tried to clean up some oil leaks but his trained eye caught it. So there are also other items. Run Flats are 2/32 tread which will barely pass an inspection, 30% brake pads, manifold gasket leak etc etc etc. Total probably $1700. I go back and the sales man Rusty Fox says they'll fix it all if I just give them a $500 non-refundable deposit to which I reply write it all down and sign it or take $1700 off and i'll pay cash. They didn't like the second option as they were already "reserve". He kept going back and forth to the office, even stating that his boss would call me and "record" it agreeing to terms blah blah blah. I said am I going to get a copy of that recording and he said no it's on our server. They didn't want to sign anything just screw me over for a deposit that i'd have to fight them back for and sell the car to some other sucker that doesn't catch them. The car is still listed online and their site. They want to move inventory as quickly as possible and do not care about the customer satisfaction. I'm only out $150 and a whole day wasted but this could be you. Avoid them like a Plague I urge you consumers! More

Their cars look really nice; the new and even the older models. However, their prices are well above the NADA bank loan value, the "Clean Retail" price. I can understand they're a business and trying to make the most money. I have also offered to trade in a couple of my vehicles and one was a 2014 with less than 2,000 miles. The offer was way below the "rough trade-in" price; it was a joke and insult. On several occasions they failed to respond to my offers on eBay wasting 48 hours of my time. On my latest offer, they responded just before the expiration of my offer, and countered well below their traditional $300-$400 below their value. I was excited since it was $1,000 below their "buy-it-now" price; but when I immediately went to send them a $500 deposit--they had sold the car to someone else and failed to mention it to me. Don't mess with your customers and keep them informed. Recommend you do your research well before committing to any dealership online. More

They are super organized and friendly all the way from the moment you walk into the showroom, through the purchase and down to the delivery of our car under their multiple canapés where we were greeted by their service man who explained the functions of our car. The purchase process takes a while, so come and spend the afternoon. Snack bar is open! More

First and foremost I need to thank Mr. Chris Hoopes for his professionalism on how he handed my needs! I never felt pressured or mistreated! I went up to the dealership several times and left undecisive an his professionalism on how he handed my needs! I never felt pressured or mistreated! I went up to the dealership several times and left undecisive and each time Mr. CHris Hoopes was there waiting to assist me! Mr. Hoopes always treated me like a valued client/coustomer. If I didn't see what I was looking for Mr. Hoopes would text me with updates! I finally bought a vehicle and Mr. Hoopes was there and walked me throught the whole proccess from start to finish! He met me with a great trusting hand shake and when I left he was there to see me of and checked the vehicle to make sure it was cleaned and everything on it was working. Thank you Mr. Chris Hoopes and your team for making the Silva family very pleased and happy with their new vehicle! Thank you and God Bless! More
Out of the many dealerships I have worked with, which is currently in the 30-40 range, I've never dealt with such unprofessional and rude staff and management. While searching for a specific car model on Ca currently in the 30-40 range, I've never dealt with such unprofessional and rude staff and management. While searching for a specific car model on Cars.com, I found approximately three cars within my relative price-range at Texas Direct Auto. I wasn't looking at which dealer was selling which car, as I was focussed on sending out messages for each individual car I encountered. Initially an inquiry was answered by an automated message, followed up by a correspondence with Eric Rosenman. From the very start, Eric challenged me and insisted my research was invalid and that I was lying about the various deals I had struck up with other dealers. I suggested that I could prove these deals to him and provided him my search criteria and range values. I can still name over four dealers that have the same car with the same options priced nearly $3,000 less than Texas Direct Auto. Sadly, Eric again insisted that my research was invalid, citing his cars had better options than the vehicles I had searched for. Unfortunately Eric doesn't understand that the car in question comes with three standard layouts. Anyhow, this is off topic. The following day, Eric emailed me back and accused me of contacting other dealers within his business of employment, and essentially threatened that speaking with others about the same or other cars would get me nowhere. What Eric did not understand, was that I has sent out multiple inquiries about multiple cars to the same dealership. At this point I was fed up with his poor grammar, lack of punctuation, and offensive aggressive tactics in dealing with me. I contacted his manager, with a similar email as this, and followed up with a phone call. This manager, Al Solis, requested the correspondence between Eric and I, and I politely obliged, as I'd prefer my complaint be validated. In the end Al was curt, short, and impassive. I sent the email containing Eric and I's conversation as well as a follow-up email to ensure the information got through. After a week of waiting I have yet to receive a reply from Al, and can only assume this business's poor customer service skills are to blame. Speaking with Al, being on hold with his secretary (for fifteen minutes), speaking with Eric, and even another dealer, I learned a few things. The people at Texas Direct Auto very much like to sell cars. I also learned that they sell very many cars. These people however aren't hired on their people skills, or let alone their ethical behavior. If you enjoy dealing with people who act like the come from the shady dealership on the corner, then feel free to try these guys out, they have a huge inventory. If you like paying more than you should, these guys are great! If not, then there are many, many better opportunities elsewhere, especially in Texas. I expect this dealership will reply with the typical response: "We're sorry you feel this way about us, feel free to call us anytime and we can discuss or remedy this further." Sorry, I already tried, and I don't intend to. If anyone who reads this is interested in my conversation with Eric, I will provide you with the entire message chain, unaltered of course. Thank you for reading this, and I'm sorry I sound so bitter. I highly dislike rude, impersonal, and nasty personalities that flaunt transparency and 'customer service'. Again, thank you. More
