He never pressured us and kept the process moving so we were not there any longer than necessary. From the moment we walked into the dealership we were treated with respect by everyone we interacted with. The backup camera was not working on the vehicle and they replaced it with a new camera prior to delivery. They also provided an new key because the vehicle only had one key with it. We will definitely shop with this company again and will be asking for Luigi!! We highly recommend this dealership. More

I called Texas Direct Auto and the sales person Luigi was very helpful, friendly, and was able to reserve the Dodge Charger vehicle i was looking for. The following morning I went to the dealership and Luigi greeted us and had the vehicle ready for a test drive and we did not feel pressure like the other dealerships. We took the car for a test drive and it was just me and my wife in the car which allow us to fully experience the test drive without someone just pressuring us in the back seat. We were sold on the car and therefore Abraham was friendly and got us thru all the paperwork with ease and quickly. Then Marian who got the car ready for us to drive off was very friendly and went into detail to verify everything was working and noted any thing that need to be taken care of. This was very unique as previous dealerships i have gone to just sale the car and hand it over like your going thru an express check out line. I have to say they still continue follow the next day to make sure everything was okay, which was nice to see that they do give the best customer care and experience that seems to be lacking these days.
