Deplorable customer service! This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. Think twice about purchasing a vehicle from this company. I have had sales people hang up on me, employee's act unprofessional, and I had to drive an hour to go talk to them in person because the Managers would not return my phone calls. Long story short, I purchased my vehicle from them in 2015. At the time of purchase I was given 2 key fobs, one of which was not programmed or programmable. I ended up having to pay $347 to the Jeep dealership in order to have a second key fob supplied for my vehicle. Deplorable customer service! Do not shop here if you're looking to purchase a new vehicle. They're nice up front but after you purchase the vehicle you can forget about them ever giving two s*%ts about you as a customer. More

Also, they gave me a more-than-fair offer for my trade-in, when another dealership had low-balled me $3,500 below what TDA offered, and wouldn't budge. I appreciated the straightforward pricing, without the need to spend days haggling over price just to get to a fair deal. I also never felt pressured to buy. There was a small hiccup in the beginning with getting the car from Houston to Dallas, but considering they ship for free (refundable deposit only), I can't complain too much. In the end I feel I walked away with a great deal and a great car. More
