Tryed to scam me. I saw a great priced Lexus online. I told the rep that I would be in to look at it. All the cars in there were so clean and polished that you could ea I saw a great priced Lexus online. I told the rep that I would be in to look at it. All the cars in there were so clean and polished that you could eat off the engine block. I looked this Lexus up and down, crawled underneath, and everything looked good. Took it for a longer test drive and when I stopped 15 mins later to look thing over the vehicle was dripping oil, and it was thick oil like they put lucus oil stabilizer in there so it didn't leak as much. So after finding the internal leaks I decided to bring the car back and drop it off and then all of a sudden every service light came on. The check engine light, The air bag service light, the vehicle stabilizer light, and 2 others. The dealership obviously reset the computer so it would show up till someone bought the car and got 60 miles down the road. This is the shadiest thing you can do when you sell a car. They knew what they were doing and they tried to screw someone over bad. If they did this to this car I wouldn't trust any of them with any cars. More

I had the pleasure of working with their sales rep Ari, who was the most attentive and informative salesman that I’ve ever done business with. He went above and beyond to negotiate a deal that best suited my budget (the original one, not the “ooo look! isn’t this car shiny?!” budget that others have attempted to push me into during past solo purchases), and did so with no “we’re losing money on this deal” xx, which was refreshing. The rest of the staff was very friendly as well, and was very pleased with how smooth we got through the process when I’ve always seemed to have strange ‘admin/technicality hold ups’ in the past. So.. without rambling further, I 100% RECOMMEND this dealership and will be returning for future purchases! More

After talking with my bank and them telling me I was stuck with the car I called the owner and he said he would take it back if I gave him $600 cash. He also said he would not sign saying he received and cash from me. I only had the car for about 10 hours and was out $600 cash. So I was out $600 but learned a valuable lesson. Don't buy from Texas Carz! More
