Buying experience I live in Georgia and wanted to buy a car that they had listed. Car is still available but the experience with their sales department it has been HORR I live in Georgia and wanted to buy a car that they had listed. Car is still available but the experience with their sales department it has been HORRIBLE . The sales rep named Seth Matthews treated me like I was bagging for a purchase , their interest on selling the cars is equal to zero . I had to call 20 times and " all " of the representatives were busy and if I left a message to get a call back , they never did. They applied for financing and got it approved but finally the manager (Dewayne Gill) told me that it still would be better to take care of the financing by myself and get there whenever. It has been the worst car buying experience of my life ..... I wouldn't recommend them not even if you are desperate and have no other option anywhere in US. The customers don't matter to them. From their attitude they reflect the image of a shady second hand car dealer. I'm am sorry that I dealt with you guys because the inquiry that yo made on the credit affected my score to . You guys are despicable. More
