Great customer service. Edward was our sales person and be was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we were looking for. My wife and I were Edward was our sales person and be was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with what we were looking for. My wife and I were very pleased with our purchase. we highly recommend Edward to be your sales person. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the amount of finance personnel they have. They only had 2 guys doing finance on a Saturday. We had to wait at least 2 hours to finalize our paperwork but everything went smooth afterwards. More

We are very glad that we went to Texas Auto. Don Spechts was very helpful and took the time to show us a variety of vehicles. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase. This dealership has a huge selection of used vehicles. We came in with an idea of what we wanted and Don vas very helpful in narrowing things down for us. The truck that we ended up buying only came with one set of keys, the tires were in pretty bad shape and the bed needed a liner. Texas Auto put a new set of tires, paid to have a second key made and offered to have a bed liner installed at their cost. We would like to give a shout-out to the Texas Auto team members that were part of our experience. They are our salesman Don Spechts, two sales managers (Mario and Frank) and the general manager Daniel Burr. if we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely go and take a look at Texas Auto. happy to have my new car I got a very clean car. It was exactly what I wanted I would have appreciated a little bit more of a price break after what I've gone through with hur I got a very clean car. It was exactly what I wanted I would have appreciated a little bit more of a price break after what I've gone through with hurricane Harvey etc. But at the end of the day they were competitive with the pricing and the car is exactly what I wanted. It just feels good to have four wheels under me I can call my own after two surgeries in the last 6 weeks and losing my home and Automobiles. More
