I saw my dream truck on eBay, took a chance, and contacted Brodie from Texas Auto. It took a couple of weeks for the paperwork and shipping arrangements, so this process takes some patience. I bought the truck without seeing it, which was scary, but this truck is everything it was portrayed to be and then some. I would recommend this company to anyone, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. More

Mr.Scott, the sales rep, did a fantastic job coordinating efforts on his end to get done what was required. No high pressure sales techniques used. Only issue was self paying for an Uber from the AP when they missed getting me a promised ride to the dealership. So, dropped one star from quality of work, as the message didn't get told to get me with the "limo quality service" as told to me. Glitch aside, recommend these folks for the buying experience. More

I had the “typical” car buying experience where they’ll work out the deal once you show up on the lot but resist details and commitments before you show up. But they were better at working things out in advanced than most, which I appreciated as it was 1.5 hours to the dealership. Only reason it isn’t a 5 star rating is the $299 “dealer service fee” tacked onto the purchase which is in addition to the standard Texas $150 Documentary Fee. However it is still a 4 Star rating though because the $299 fee is clearly listed on their price protection certificate through TrueCar so they are not one to surprise you at the end with never mentioned fees. They worked with me, skipped most of the sales nonsense everyone dreads going through at the dealership, and moved quickly after the deal was concluded. No three our wait to sign the paperwork. More
