Fantastic Service, Great Salesman Brodie was my salesman, and I have to say, he was the best one I have ever worked with. He is personable and doesn't have the "slimy" feel that I ofte Brodie was my salesman, and I have to say, he was the best one I have ever worked with. He is personable and doesn't have the "slimy" feel that I often get with people who are trying to sell me something at whatever cost. If I had a choice, I would buy all of my vehicles from him, just to give him the business because he deserves it. Everytime I came into the dealership, he had my truck detailed. Brodie is the one salesman that made me have faith in salesmen again. Could not say enough about how much he impressed me. And on top of it all, he sold me a great truck. The issues that I had with it when I bought it, he made sure they got fixed to my satisfaction and made sure they put me in a nice truck while my new one was in the body shop. I live in Conroe and their dealership is in Webster and I can honestly say it was more than worth the over hour long drive to get there. More

BEST dealership I’ve done business with. Top notch vehicles and customer service. This place has better warranties and extra perk add-ons than other places I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend. In my collection, I own 2 Mercedes and to me Texas Auto was better than a 5 Star Mercedes dealer whom I have found to be a major disappointment. My own bank “Chase” bank turned me down on a loan. Now I call Chase bank: “Chase you away from an auto loan”. 🤣😂. Afterwards Texas Auto was able to get take care of my financing with no hassles. I found Texas Auto to have the nicest selection of Performance vehicles along with other choices and great deals. I’m very happy with my purchase of an SRT8 Jeep performance vehicle. Next time I’ll be going after a Corvette. More

If only selling lemons were cool. Recently purchased a luxury used car from Texas Auto South from Maria Nelson. I did the basic test drive with her; she was awesome. Had a local mechanic review the car prior to the purchase for any misleading information or weather damage (flooding in Houston due to hurricane) and he reported back some minor damage to the front end but wasn't sure of costs to fix. Texas Auto South failed to report any details of the damage to me. I purchased the car in the hope the damage wasn't bad or if it were the warranty would cover it. I did not purchase the extended warranty from Texas Auto South. As I was driving the car home, I learned the Cruise Control wasn't working properly, and I wanted to have an Audi dealership review the vehicle. Three weeks later, which was the soonest I could get an appointment with the Audi dealership for the review, the dealership found $5,000 worth of damage to the front end not covered under the 50,000-mile factory warranty. The Audi Pre-Sense Vision sensors, the technology behind Adaptive Cruise Control, was misaligned and the undercarriage is very damaged. It looks like someone drove over a curb or something. Texas Auto South failed to disclose any information regarding these issues, and I hold them 100% responsible for this. I have spoken with the Sales Manager, Brandon Bailey, and he refuses to take any responsibility. The management never called me back as the Sale Manager directed he would have them do. As a common courtesy to future drivers looking to make a purchase, make sure to inspect your car thoroughly. Don't just go off the Carfax report it could be false. Or the dealerships word because they are not legally required to disclose this kind of information. Unfortunately, still, no word from Texas Auto South and I don't anticipate them taking any responsibility. I would even be ok with $500, but the sheer nature of how they are handling this is unacceptable. More
