Made a loan for the Suv sent payment. ,Learned dealer had sold car out from underneath me.Dealer Rep.,(Lori) Lied to the bank telling them I did not send papers;When I confronted her she t ,Learned dealer had sold car out from underneath me.Dealer Rep.,(Lori) Lied to the bank telling them I did not send papers;When I confronted her she told me it was because I didn't send payment to hold the suv.Needless to say,it cost me a lot of money to drive to get the loan;cost me more to overnight the check;and The whole time the bank officer was involved through the process;since I live out of state.! Also made arrangements for delivery which had to be cancelled! Very upsetting and costly mistake! More
