We would like to apologize for your negative experience at our dealership. The vehicle you purchased is not our typical inventory. In fact, the vehicle was a recent trade in and being sent to auction. We let you know upfront we could not possibly be responsible for mechanical issues on a lower priced cash car being sold as is. You agreed to these terms and purchased the vehicle. Despite this, we will still tried to help you resolve the issue. Providing excellent customer service is our main goal and it is unfortunate you feel you were not treated with the respect you deserve, its possible you simply did not like our answer.
