This is definitely one of the most egregious dealerships in the Houston area. We took our Hyundai Kona in for an oil change($39 coupon) and while arguing with the service manager about the validity of the in the Houston area. We took our Hyundai Kona in for an oil change($39 coupon) and while arguing with the service manager about the validity of the coupon, noticed a Santa Cruz that was advertised to have a significant discount posted on the dealer website. After a brief discussion with their internet sales manager..I requested a written offer. The offer came back $4K higher. A subsequent conversation with the sales manager, Maranda Martin, lead to me walking away. Maranda's attitude was obnoxious and aggressive......quite unusual for someone trying to sell a vehicle. The sales associated I worked with Marcos Pacheco, agreed to remove the $4K in dealer add ons but somehow, that also resulted in the removal of the listed dealer discounts. While I could have legally forced them to honor the advertised quote, it was much easier to just find another honest dealer....there were 6 other identical vehicles in the Houston area and within 5minutes, I had two other dealers working for my business. Anyway, we ended up having the vehicle we wanted, dealer transferred to Sterling McCall Hyundai so we could complete our transaction. We won't ever be back More
This was our third car buying experience with Texan Hyundai, and our second interaction with Maranda the finance manager. We will keep coming back to Texan Hyundai because they are a class act! So extremely disappointed in the service dept. we have always had good experiences with this dealership, even referred friends. But not anymore. We took our used vehicle (2015 sonata) in for AC repair, two months and $1,500 later it is still not fixed. We have tried to pick it up four times and each time it has still been broken. Now they are saying it will be another $1,000; so $2,500 to repair an AC on a used vehicle. Given the repair history the $1,000 will probably not even fix it, they will just ask for more money once we discover it still broken. Terrible, terrible, terrible experience. Do not go here if you actually want your vehicle fixed. We thought a dealership would be the safest place to actually get it fixed without being taken advantage of and boy were we wrong. We Asked for another manager and were told he was as high up as we could go. More

The dealership adds tinting and protective coatings on all of their cars as soon as they arrive, then adds nearly $4,000 to the advertised price of the car for a cosmetic warranty. Sales take forever to close the deal. We were promised to give a second key for the used vehicle but when requested again it was denied. I have been chasing dealerships to get plates and we have been delayed in spite of their have it in stock. I think the dealership needs to update the process. For example: Operators should know whose plates are in without transferring calls and provide a proper timeline. More
