Communication this time around was awful. Drop the car off Monday, appointment is for Tuesday morning. I got a text Wednesday saying my warranty claim has been submitted, texted back Thursday Drop the car off Monday, appointment is for Tuesday morning. I got a text Wednesday saying my warranty claim has been submitted, texted back Thursday to clarify the claim was submitted Wednesday. I was informed the claim was submitted 8/31 (Thursday). So I asked why the claim was submitted Thursday, when I dropped my car off Tuesday. “It was an error” the claim was submitted Tuesday. I asked twice if my tire needed to be ordered, because when I brought my car in 2 weeks ago for a different tire they had to order it, was told it was in stock. Ask for a quote on a full size spare, was told my car “doesn’t come with a spare.” I’m very well aware my car didn’t come with a spare, that’s why I wanted to buy one. Thursday were informed Fidelity declined the warranty request, I don’t have Fidelity I have Mopar. We call, and go through 3 people before finally getting the service rep. He clarified that Jeep discontinued spare tires, but there’s a kit I can get. A kit isn’t going to fix a blowout in middle of nowhere Texas. He tells us a new tire and rim would be over $900, if the tire is only $174, that’s one price gauged rim. Tells us there are no loaner cars available, I wasted $700 on a tire warranty if it’s going to take 4-5 days to replace a tire every time. With the cost of a rental car, or lost wages from not being able to get to work (which I wasn’t able to for 4 days this week)… getting a tire at Discount would have been cheaper and less of a headache. My favorite part of the phone conversation, my car won’t be ready Thursday because they have to order the tire. Being told earlier that same day the tire was in stock, was a “miscommunication.” How many miscommunications or errors does it take to check information before telling the customer. We will not be back to this dealership. More

Terrible customer service. I requested the dealership to call me so I can show them the kind of mess they left in my car, no call yet. I could go to a dealership to have service done or buy a car, but because of my experience here friendliness and respect that I get at this location.
