James was very un-response to my text and calls after he made the sale. Truck had issues and was taken back to your service department for repairs. Truck was under repair for over 2 weeks. After I finally spoke to James about my dissatisfaction with the whole process he said his service manager was going to make it up to me by helping me with 1st months payment because I had only had truck for a few days before it went to your service department and now 1st payment was due. He advised me to call him few days later after Memorial Day weekend. Called and left several tact but have not heard from James since then. I haven’t had much time to try and get in contact with James manager but would appreciate if someone calls me for this matter More

When I got this time they put my truck in line and let it run for 15-20 minutes before taking it back.
