First time car buy they got me a vehicle that wasn’t even the vin or info about the car I gave a deposit on. I left an item underneath the loaner. They said they checked no one checked. My gun was sitting under the seat. I had a good experience when purchasing the car. The sales person was very nice and very helpful. The finance manager was great. Not very impressed with your receptionist. Not impressed with your service department. I have owned my Jeep Grand Cherokee L since Sep 8th and had 800 miles when I brought it in because the navigation keeps rebooting every 10 Seconds and the auto on/off doesn’t work. No one came out to greet me I had to go inside and then I was advised that there were no cars available for me to drive but yet I paid extra when I bought the car for there to be and I was instructed to just drive the car a little longer to see if it fixed itself. I was told this is a reoccurring issue. Someone should have checked it before selling me the car. I don’t have another vehicle to drive or I would just bring it back and leave it until your team got around to looking at it. To be quite honest, it already sound like they know what’s wrong with it. Everything was perfect until the next day I noticed my from License Plate was missing! Took 3 calls back and forth from service for them to find it. Then once I got there, everyone was too busy.
