A Service Department that doesn't have Saturday hours I recently leased a car from this dealer. I thought everything was going well until i needed service. Not only that i tried making an appointment when i am off during Christmas between the 26th and 30th and i couldn't get an appointment!! If you are interested in buying a Jepp (Which i do love the car) go somewhere people are actually going to take car of you after your purchase. Everybody works.. Why would a dealer think to not have service hours on weekends when most people have time to come in. Ridiculous. More

I lease a 2014 Chrysler 200, I leased the car in jersey city because I was working close to TETERBORO Chrysler I made an appointment for my 20,000 mil I lease a 2014 Chrysler 200, I leased the car in jersey city because I was working close to TETERBORO Chrysler I made an appointment for my 20,000 mile oil change and rotate the tires at no cost. While seating in the waiting room the service came out and ask me to come to his office. He than told me the was more maintanience had to be done at this time at my cost. I said, "I've leased cars before and never had to pay for any additional for maintanience go a car". He than said, you don't have to do it, it's all on you". So thinking if I didn't have the work done it could cost me much more in the future. This work cost $ 272.00. After I left this dealer I called the original dealer and asked, " I lease a 2014 Chrysler from you I have been bringing in for service every 5000 miles, it now has 20,000 miles what does it need when I bring in". He said the basis oil change and tire rotation. I than told him my experience at TETERBORO Chrysler. He than said , my God I'm so sorry this happened, but there is nothing to do about it. on Yelp they have many one stars I wish I could give them a minus 5 star. I would bet their services managers work on a commission. More
Broke the car I went for a simple water valve replacement, they didn't top of the radiator fluid, belt fell of in the front of entrance to Lincoln Tunnel. I neede I went for a simple water valve replacement, they didn't top of the radiator fluid, belt fell of in the front of entrance to Lincoln Tunnel. I needed my car towed. Wrote them a long list of things that happen the car, that there was no radiator fluid and I had to put few bottles of water in just to keep the engine from overheating. The next day they said everything was fine, that they replaced the belt and car is running fine. I asked them if they replaced the radiator fluid since there is water in it now. They said they did. When I got there to pick the car up I asked again and they said no. Promised to call me for appointment. Waited for 2 weeks, no call. I made appt myself. They told me they didn't see anything wrong with the car or what they did and if I want the fluid replaced I have to paid $110. I will never go back there. More

Received my truck back with damage I purchase a 2015 ram 1500 a few months backs from here, brought truck in for first oil change. Today when I picked up my truck it had deep scratches I purchase a 2015 ram 1500 a few months backs from here, brought truck in for first oil change. Today when I picked up my truck it had deep scratches on lower passenger side and rail has slight bend in it. This damage was not there before I dropped truck off. I spoke to service dept. of coarse they denied doing it, and the machanic who worked on my truck obviously lied about doing the damage. I filed police report but I know it will be useless. I will never go to or refer anyone to them, very disappointed. $50,000 truck they damage it then lie about it, and basically tell me to prove it!!!! More

Took my 08 Jeep in for service, (Original Owner) and in the process I asked for Probably one of the worst dealership service departments to work with. Took my 08 Jeep in for service, (Original Owner) and in the process I asked for a key replacement as the one I had was destroyed. Having paid for a key replacement policy when I bought the car and paying again for a key replacement insurance policy the Service Rep. Mike Falcone stated he could not replace the key without me paying an additional $250.00. His response was that Chrysler changed a module in the key that I was responsible for. Turned out that was not true. Additionally, the original work that was needed for the jeep service was totally inflated. A headlight bulb burned out according to them and they wanted me to buy a headlight assembly. I find out I really only needed a bulb, which I replaced myself. The keys were finally replaced after I lodged a complaint with the Bergen County Division of Consumer Affairs. They were unprofessional uncaring and a place I would never go back to. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! THIS SHOULD SERVE AS A CONSUMER ALERT More
On more than one occasion I have brought my vehicles in for service, have been told to come get the "repaired" vehicle and have driven home with the same issues unresolved. I don't believe a sincere effort is made to ensure the customer's complaints are verified. Because if I pick up the car with the same problem, what exactly was done? What exactly did your technician fix? I had the TPMS sensors replaced in 3 wheels and immediately after my 2009 Durango developed a vibration at highway speeds. Tires were rotated. Problem still there. Wife's 2007 PT Cruiser was brought in for service and I asked that they look at the front end because of a loud creaking noise when going over bumps. Front end was lubricated and was told the noise is gone. Drive the car home and upon going over the first bump, the noise is still there. Truly frustrating especially since this is the closest Chrysler dealer to us. More

The reason why is that for over 20 years I continue to get top notch service either in purchasing new vehicles and used vehicles. Not only have I received great deals but the staff has always stood behind the product, with speed and class. As for the service department, in all my years of dealing with mechanics not one can hold a candle to Teterboro Jeep's service department. They have always been there and beyond the call of duty. For example my wife was having some vehicle trouble on the Garden State Parkway in the West Orange area. She called Teterboro Jeep and they connected her to the service department. The gentleman in service "Raymond Briggs" stayed on the phone with my wife until she pulled into the Teterboro dealership, that is professionalism plus 10 in my book. These are the type procedures that are carried out at this dealership. I am proud to say that 3 drivers in our home drive a Jeep from this dealership and in a year and a half when my youngest drives it will be 4 Jeeps. More
I had a service for PT-Cruseir. The car needed to change battery and spark plug change, but this servise center want to cost 2,000 dollars included in battery changed cost over 300 dollars. Unkind, untrue, and just cheating all customer. When I heard the total cost, I moved my car to the other local car servise and then the cost is 490 dollars included in new battery changed cost 105 dollars. Can you beleive it? It is just happened at 1 pm. November 3rd., 2009 in Teterboro Chrysler Jeep shop, NJ. I never ever buy this company cars again. Now I understand why Chrysler company is down. They have to know the other car companies' service Because of this, Chrysler looses all my family and my friends. More
