The service department is terrible. Called numerous times left messages and no return phone calls. I got someone on the phone twice to schedule an appointment and both times I was quick Called numerous times left messages and no return phone calls. I am sure if I was buying a car, I would not have a problem getting someone on phone. Have to give one star because zero is not available. More

THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! MY CAR BATTERY WENT OUT DURING THE BLIZZARD, WHILE I WAS OUT OF STATE. I ENDED UP PAYING $420+ JUST TO REPLACE A BATTERY. THEY DIDN'T SCAMMERS!!! MY CAR BATTERY WENT OUT DURING THE BLIZZARD, WHILE I WAS OUT OF STATE. I ENDED UP PAYING $420+ JUST TO REPLACE A BATTERY. THEY DIDN'T EVEN RUN A MULTIPOINT INSPECTION TO CHECK FOR ANYTHING ELSE. TRIED TO TELL ME MY CAR MIGHT HAVE TWO BATTERIES. IF IT HAD TO 2 BATTERIES IT WOULD BE $220+ OR $140+ FOR ONE. SOMEHOW I ENDED UP GETTING CHARGED THE HIGHER PRICE FOR ONE BATTERY. THEY HAD ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR LABOR. WAS TO LATE TO TAKE TO ANOTHER SHOP SINCE THE CAR WOULDN'T START. WOULDN'T HONOR ANY OF THE MOPAR COUPONS DESPITE THEM SHOWING UP ON THE APP UNDER THEIR LOCATION. STAY AWAY!!! I DEALT WITH RAY & THE SERVICE MANAGER More
