AMAZING all around I walked in, told them what I needed and within an hour and 15 minutes I got exactly what I had wanted from the beginning. Horrible customer service I inquired about a new 2019 Pacifica Base model online, but Jackie, who works in internet sales, would not give me a price quote over email even thoug I inquired about a new 2019 Pacifica Base model online, but Jackie, who works in internet sales, would not give me a price quote over email even though I asked multiple times. I then informed her I would take time out of my busy schedule to come in, and she told me via email that she was ready for me and to ask for her when I came in. However, when I arrived.... she directed me to another salesman who did not know where the dealership's Pacifica that they use for test driving was parked. They clearly did not care that I was coming in for a visit. So, I ended up making a trip all the way to the dealer, and couldn't even test drive the Pacifica like I wanted to. Huge waste of time. To add further insult, they said they would activate some gift card promotion I had received. A month and a half later, it still shows that the dealer never bothered to fill out the form. It's clear to me that they don't care about my business and I will be sure to bring my business elsewhere. There are plenty of competent dealerships who know how to treat their customers with respect and courtesy. Don't waste your time with these people. More

Never buy a car at night, it was so dirty on the inside. Stains even on the roof front and back. Called & complained; brought for “detailing” & it was done cheaper that the local car wash. Dirt on the visor and dashboard still all there. I was told by Sam that the car would qualify for the eco rate for ezpass (I’m a commuter so this was a big sell); not true. At the end of the day I made the choice to buy the car that night, but to realize in the morning I was sold the car did 3K more than it was absurd. the dealership talk got me bad, never again. Darryl Lalla sold me my new wrangler! That was and still has been a flawless experience almost 4 years later. You’re still the best Darryl. Initial review I wrote at their desk when sold a dream: Great service with Sam Darwish, James Hamdan, & Darryl Lalla. All these guys were great to work with and patient with my million and one questions. More

Excellent purchasing experience I was dealing with a odd situation, i had a ram leased in my fathers name, he passed away and i had to turn the vehicle in, ally would not swap the le I was dealing with a odd situation, i had a ram leased in my fathers name, he passed away and i had to turn the vehicle in, ally would not swap the lease over to my name. Teterboro made this extremely easy to deal with and also helped me lease a new Durango in my name with less than perfect credit. John in sales was great he ran out different options in two different cars and got me into a 2018 Durango gt blacktop that was very well loaded at a price that worked for me. The total process was right around an hour and i love the new car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Chrysler product More
