Please read in full below to understand just how above and beyond he went to fix a NIGHTMARE we experienced with a different dealership 2 days ago while looking to lease a new Jeep for my fiance. Long story short... We made a deal at that dealership, put a $2k deposit down, came back the next day (yesterday) to pick it up only to be told the deal we were promised couldn't be honored. No apology, not even a phone call in advance to give us a heads up of their "error", and the treatment received in person was horrific. They refused to honor the monthly payment we were given unless we gave them an additional $1000. Well, while we got our money back, 3+ hours of our time was wasted. I immediately called 2 other dealerships in the area and explained what we went through as well as the previous deal we were given. Rafael Arismendi at Teterboro worked everything out for me over the phone before wasting our time even setting foot back in another dealership. After all was said and done, today we walked out with a brand new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X with a price that no other dealerships in the area could compete with. One further, their finance guy, Jamie, provided us with an impeccable no-stress, non-pushy experience while finalizing all the paperwork. Plus, he was hilarious too! I've personally owned/leased 6 new vehicles in the course of 12 years so I'm well versed in how this process all goes. This was my fiance's first new car so I helped guide the process a bit for him since we all know how car salesmen and dealerships can be. I can't stress enough how amazing Rafael and the entire staff at Teterboro were and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. When my lease with Toyota ends in 2 years I will 100% be back to give them my own business. Don't even question it, give these guys a call today and specifically ask for Rafael Arismendi. He is the epitome of honesty, sincerity and integrity. Can't recommend them and this experience enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE AND BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR OIL i LEASED A BRAND NEW 2018 JEEP RENEGADE FROM THESE PEOPLE IN FEBRUARY OF 2019. LONG STORY SHORT, WHILE DRIVING THE OTHER DAY, THE NEW CAR COMPLETELY i LEASED A BRAND NEW 2018 JEEP RENEGADE FROM THESE PEOPLE IN FEBRUARY OF 2019. LONG STORY SHORT, WHILE DRIVING THE OTHER DAY, THE NEW CAR COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN. I WAS PETRIFIED. NO WARNING LIGHTS NOTHING. AFTER A FEW ATTEMPTS I GOT THE CAR STARTED AND WAS SCARED THE WHOLE WAY HOME. THEY TOWED THE CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE VEHICLE WAS VERY LOW ON OIL. THE CAR HAS 3000 MILES ON IT AND USES SYNTHETIC OIL, WHICH AFTER I CALLED THEM FOUND OUT IT DIDN'T HAVE TO BE CHANGED FOR 6000 MILES. HOW COULD THE CAR HAVE ALMOST NO OIL IN IT AT 3000 MILES. NO LEAKAGE FOUND. I SHOULD NOTE THAT THERE IS A VIDEO ON LINE WHICH SHOWS THAT A WARNING SHOWS UP ON THE DASHBOARD WHEN IT IS TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE. MY CAR HAS NO WARNING! NO WARNINGS, NOTHING. MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS THAT THEY GAVE IT TO ME LIKE THAT WHICH IS POSSIBLE, BUT UPON DOING RESEARCH ON LINE, I' LEARNED THAT THIS IS A MAJOR FLAW IN THIS VEHICLE. MY SALESMAN NEVER TOLD ME THIS. IN FACT, WHEN QUESTIONED BOTH THE SALESMAN AND THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE STATED THEY NEVER HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM. IF THAT IS THE CASE, AND I DON'T BELIEVE IT IS, THAN MY CAR HAS A DEFECT. .THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE SAID I HAD TO CHECK MY OIL EVERY 1000 MILES, WHICH TO ME IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT THIS CAR IF I KNEW THIS. I WAS ALSO TOLD THE CAR DOES SHUT DOWN WITH NO WARNING FOR THE SAFETY OF THE ENGINE. WHAT ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THE DRIVER??? THIS IS SO DANGEROUS AND NOW I HAVE TO SPEND THE NEXT THREE YEARS ON EDGE WONDERING IF THE CAR IS GOING TO SHUT OFF, AND ALSO BEING INCONVENIENCED WITH HAVING TO CHECK THE OIL CONSTANTLY. I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN BOTH SALES AND SERVICE OF THIS DEALERSHIP.. I HAVE PLACED SEVERAL CALLS TO THE MANAGER BUT OF COURSE THEY DON'T RETURN THE CALLS. THEY JUST DON'T CARE.
