Dealership isn’t a terrible place…but be careful who you shop with. My first time leasing I worked with Dre who seemed terrific and when coming back for my next lease, I ended up getting hit with tons of fe shop with. The discounts I was told I’d receive for returning were cut down by more than half and I was completely disrespected by him throughout the process…if you want a sleazy salesman definitely try Dre. I got a flat tire this morning and called the service department to try and get a replacement tire. I have the tire and wheel package purchased through Jeep . They told me since I didn’t buy the car ther department to try and get a replacement tire. I have the tire and wheel package purchased through Jeep . They told me since I didn’t buy the car there there’s nothing they can do, then he told me he’s busy for the next week, even to replace a tire, then he also gave me an excuse that they have trouble getting reimbursed for the tire so they don’t like to do it. The guy sent me in circles and gave me every excuse in the book. Called a different Jeep dealership and they were very helpful and ordered the tire for me which should be in today. This is the second time I experience horrible customer service in this place, the first time was trying to purchase, hence why I didn’t buy my truck here. I let it go before, but had to say something now. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, you will thank me later . More
I bought a certified pre owned 2016 Ram 1500 big horne last year. I was promised by Dre that the center console, which had a broken port inside of it would be fixed upon me picking the truck up. I figured last year. I was promised by Dre that the center console, which had a broken port inside of it would be fixed upon me picking the truck up. I figured they wouldn't be lying about something so minor so I signed for it. After I took the truck home, I was supposed to schedule to bring it back in to have it fixed since they couldn't do the service on it before I was to pick the truck up. I called, and called.. and called and called. I got voice mails everytime. Sometimes the secretary would answer and connect me to Rays line, and I'd get his voice mail almost everytime. Finally I spoke to him, brought the truck in, and a week later they hadn't got the part even remotely close to being there so I went back to pick my truck up. At this point I was frustrated but I just delt with it. After attempting to contact Ray again, with no luck I kind of forgot about it to be honest. At this same time it was months later and they started arguing with me about the truck being out of warranty even though THEY PROMISED ME when I bought it that it would be fixed being certified pre owned. They almost promised me a free first oil change which I almost asked for when I brought the truck in for the first fix. I was promptly told they never promised me that. So Dre must just of lied to me for most of our deal. After that I tried a few more times to get my center console fixed from them before giving up all together. It's broken to this day. I've done all my servicing and other fixes myself or at other places. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless you like being ignored and treated like garbage. More
Do Not Buy From This Dealer.My wife and I just purchase Do Not Buy From This Dealer. My wife and I just purchase a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in January 18, 2021. The vehicle came with a 60 day bumper to Do Not Buy From This Dealer. My wife and I just purchase a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee in January 18, 2021. The vehicle came with a 60 day bumper to bumper warranty. We took the vehicle in for service a week later for the Heated seats, strut noise and a foggy backup camera. They repaired the seat heater and told us that they would call us to schedule the remainder of the repairs once the parts were in. Over the past month, I have called the dealership and left numerous messages for Dave McGee, the used car sales manager, Jim, who is the service writer that said he would call us and other managers and not one MANAGER called us back. Our sales man, Carlos Vega was very unhelpful once we left the dealership. I did speak with him after this issue, and he states that he would only give a manager a message and did nothing else. DO NOT US THIS SALESMAN. We have also used their online service scheduling for service and are yet to receive a call. At this point, they have one week to call and schedule our repairs, otherwise, I will need to contact my attorney and probably have to take them to court to recoup the cost of the repairs. The only thing good about Teterboro is their receptionist. They answer and take the complaints and try to help. Today, the receptionist tried to help, but the manager would not speak to me. 3/13/2021 My advise, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP "TETERBORO JEEP/DODGE" You will regret it. All my wife and I want to to have our vehicle fixed as promised in our warranty. More

As per Chrysler Capital wear and tear coverage includes tires in itself! They are trying to upsell you. But that's not even the worst! I've recorded my leasing process as I always do and in it its clear I've added 35$ per month for excessive wear and tear, I even asked the dealer if it covers an accident damage like a dent etc, he says yes (all on tape), I chose to add that and sign the things on the fancy table screen (the entire table is the screen) nifty technology but in no way connected to the Chrysler Capital as I just got off the phone with them and I have standard lease, NO additional coverage for w&t. They've just added this the 35$ a month to my lease for nothing! Beware! Make sure they put everything in writing! Record every conversation because they will scam you at every opportunity. P.S: the name on my lease is Daryl but I believe that the gentleman (accounting?) who is the wizard of the "table screen" is someone else. He was introduced as we were walking and can't hear clearly in the recording. P.P.S: NJ is a one party consent state. So it within your legal right to record any conversation you have with anyone and it is admissible in court. You do not have to notify them either. Good luck and don't get scammed! More
