Really surprised by my experience as we have purchased two cars here previously. It was a very hard sale, which I thought was unnecessary especially for a returning customer. I had an idea of what I wanted, but the salesman was not very knowledgeable and could not answer most of my questions. When we tried to make a deal, none of the numbers made sense and did not match the advertised price. Basically, they gave me a good trade in value but did not include it the numbers. When I asked follow up questions, I got some attitude but the price began to drop. However, I got spooked off and checked out a different dealer who gave me a much better price. Won't come back here--very shady. More

I had gone to this dealer first and was considering buying a car here but wanted to go to another dealership. He understood how frustrated we were with the other dealership and he took the time and effort to make sure we were getting the most for our money. He made us feel very warm and welcomed and the very next day we were able to get our car. Jamie Ferentinos was also very helpful. He explained everything in detail to detail not leaving everything out. As we signed our papers he proceeded to explain exactly what we were signing so we felt comfortable. His personality and charm definitely was a plus. When it was time to leave both Scott and Jamie advised us that if any problems, questions or concerns a rises that they would be happy to help us at anytime. More

On more than one occasion I have brought my vehicles in for service, have been told to come get the "repaired" vehicle and have driven home with the same issues unresolved. I don't believe a sincere effort is made to ensure the customer's complaints are verified. Because if I pick up the car with the same problem, what exactly was done? What exactly did your technician fix? I had the TPMS sensors replaced in 3 wheels and immediately after my 2009 Durango developed a vibration at highway speeds. Tires were rotated. Problem still there. Wife's 2007 PT Cruiser was brought in for service and I asked that they look at the front end because of a loud creaking noise when going over bumps. Front end was lubricated and was told the noise is gone. Drive the car home and upon going over the first bump, the noise is still there. Truly frustrating especially since this is the closest Chrysler dealer to us. More

He explained everything and was not pushy at all. AJ and all the people working in the dealership were fantastic. They did everything they could to help me and really made this a personal experience.
