MIKE FALCONE Worst Service Department Probably one of the worst dealership service departments to work with. Took my 08 Jeep in for service, (Original Owner) and in the process I asked for Probably one of the worst dealership service departments to work with. Took my 08 Jeep in for service, (Original Owner) and in the process I asked for a key replacement as the one I had was destroyed. Having paid for a key replacement policy when I bought the car and paying again for a key replacement insurance policy the Service Rep. Mike Falcone stated he could not replace the key without me paying an additional $250.00. His response was that Chrysler changed a module in the key that I was responsible for. Turned out that was not true. Additionally, the original work that was needed for the jeep service was totally inflated. A headlight bulb burned out according to them and they wanted me to buy a headlight assembly. I find out I really only needed a bulb, which I replaced myself. The keys were finally replaced after I lodged a complaint with the Bergen County Division of Consumer Affairs. They were unprofessional uncaring and a place I would never go back to. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! THIS SHOULD SERVE AS A CONSUMER ALERT More

Lemon!!!! Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I purchased a 2014 jeep Cherokee from this location. We have heard nothing but fantastic reviews about this dealership Two weeks ago my boyfriend and I purchased a 2014 jeep Cherokee from this location. We have heard nothing but fantastic reviews about this dealership and were very happy with our initial purchase. However minutes after driving off the lot and under 11 miles later his check engine light came. It turned out there was an issue with the transmission. It needed to be fixed after only driving it for less than 10 minutes. He was not provided with a rental car for two days and was required to put down a $250 deposit. Seeing as he is in law enforcement and I am a nurse, getting to work on time and when we are called in is important, therefore, it is essential to own a car that is reliable and able to perform efficiently in order to successfully carry out our job duties. The car was in-service for over a week with no communication as to when we would get it back. When he finally did five days later the check engine light came on again.When he brought it back they said it was a computer glitch. Two days after that the check engine light went on again and the car was required to be towed from his house. As this was not enough of a headache the customer service has been equally as terrible as the situation with the car. My overall experience has been terrible and disappointing. I am concerned for our safety in this vehicle and unfortunately would not recommend this dealership to anyone! More

The worst dealer in the world went with my father who had back surgery to look at 2014 dodge ram the associate drove us to his back lot to look at some new ones he had just gotten went with my father who had back surgery to look at 2014 dodge ram the associate drove us to his back lot to look at some new ones he had just gotten in, when my father said im sorry but that price is too high and he didnt want negociate the price, the sales rep hopped back into the truck he drove us to the lot in and left us there to walk back, Mind you my father just had back surgery, the sales rep is an inconsiderate xxxxx sorry to use the language but its all honesty, i will never go to this dealer for anything..
