I would absolutely not recommend buying a car from Teterboro Automall because of their deceptive sales tactics along with their toxic work environment. I was interested in buying a Jeep Grand Chero Teterboro Automall because of their deceptive sales tactics along with their toxic work environment. I was interested in buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee L and my sales representative, Chris from my previous purchase recommended a Jeep in their inventory on line. He indicated the price of the car was $43,000 when in fact the internet price was $37,600, he was very deceptive and would not recommend him as a sales representative. I decided to have another sales representative assist me because of his tactics and he had a hissy fit when he lost my confidence. I finally landed the price of $37,000 with less than 15000 miles on the vehicle but David, the used car manager and Chris both were not happy I researched the pricing of the vehicle on the internet and determined it was a much lower price. These dealership use AI technology to determine market pricing. They were not looking out for my best Interest. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I was assured by the used car manager David the car came with two Fob keys and manuals. I was given only one key. I left messages with David and emailed him as well as the owner Sal relative to the missing FOB key and they neglected to address the issue. Would not recommend David with any purchase because of his deceptive sales tactics and poor customer skills. David also included a voluntary insurance optional program in the sales pricing for $169.00 without any explanation. When I asked him what it was he indicated that it was insurance in case my car was stolen and I can get a $2,000 discount on a future car purchase. Again deceptive sales tactic but glad I caught this one and was removed from pricing. I was waiting for the delivery of my vehicle when a manager and sales person got into a heated argument on the sales floor. They were screaming and cursing at each other. This is such a toxic work environment and again would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They are so unprofessional, and their customer service skills are nonexistent. Please go to a different dealership for a purchase. More
Our Sales Person Jessie was great she took her time with us answered all of our questions and was extremely patient. The service department is terrible. Called numerous times left messages and no return phone calls. They advertise no hidden fees. Paid $668 dollars in xx fees. $169 for window etching which is in case my vehicle got robbed and sold for parts. What?
