Terryville Chevrolet

My husband and I stopped in last Sunday just for a look at the new trucks on the lot. Kyle asked if he could help, my husband explained that the truck was for me; and much to my surprise from that moment o at the new trucks on the lot. Previously we have been to every type of truck showroom and no matter how much we say the vehicle is for me they still insist on talking to my husband. This always makes or breaks a deal for me. By the time we left on Sunday, we had spoken to Kyle and Rich, my truck was appraised and we had come to a mutual agreement that made sense for all of us. Monday, we returned and purchased a new 2014 Silverado 2500. My experience only got better when I spoke to Steve the finance manager. He took the time to speak to me directly about every aspect of the loan, extended warranty as well as the extras we had already agreed on. He left no stone unturned. In all the years that I have bought vehicles, I have never been completely satisfied; until I walked into Terryville Chevrolet. Next, week I will be going back to have parts installed that I ordered today, At that point I will be able to judge the service department's quality of service and professionalism. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Terryville Chevy. I specifically went to Bob Dimeo as I have dealt with him in the past. I had purchased a used car from him and when it was time to trade it for new I specifically went to Bob Dimeo as I have dealt with him in the past. I had purchased a used car from him and when it was time to trade it for new the transition was relatively painless. I was given more than I expected for my trade and Bob listened to my wants in a new car and what I could afford in payments each month. When the car I wanted was out of reach, he worked on finding one suitable at another dealer and dealt with me without judgement when choosing color/interior. When the car we chose was not available he somehow made it possible to get the car I test drove that was a little over my budget. Although I plan on driving this car FOREVER, if I ever have to purchase another I will definitely go to Bob. More

This is the second car I bought from Ray and Terryville Chevrolet. They are "good people"! Ray and Jim are car guys thru and thru and you can tell they love the cars they sell and want you as a customer to Chevrolet. They are "good people"! I ordered a Camaro from Ray and told him from the start exactly what I was looking for. He was very happy to help me thru the process. Jim placed my order and they both did everything they could to get me my dream car as soon as they could. I took delivery an amazing 7 weeks after we placed the order. This is amazing considering others online were taking almost twice as long for the same car!! Service has been tremendous too. Bob is very friendly and listens to your explanations with a courteous smile. When we ordered my elderly dad a Malibu, Ray was very friendly and patient with my dad, taking us on several test drives to find the right car. My dad loves the car and Ray takes care of him whenever he stops by. I would recommend this dealership whole heartedly!! I contacted Terryville Chevrolet and stated that I lived out of state, but would be visiting my family in town for two days for Thanksgiving and was hoping that I could pick up a new lease. This was my firs out of state, but would be visiting my family in town for two days for Thanksgiving and was hoping that I could pick up a new lease. This was my first time going into a dealership and I had hoped to use the one that I had grown up near. I made it clear that I had time constraints since I did not want to spend my entire visit at the dealership. Ray sent me a link to the site and told me to send him some of the cars that I may be interested in, fill out the financial information online, etc so I would have very minimal to do when I came and set me up for the earliest appointment of the day. When I came in I let him know that I wanted a lease, but may not actually go through with it as I had a budget and did not wish to go over it, but also wanted to LOVE the car. Poor Ray walked me through the rain to many different cars and even looked into ordering one that wasn't present. He was not pushy on me passing my budget. He only showed me vehicles that fit and didn't mock or judge ways weird preferences (No red cars, etc). When I fell in love with a vehicle, Ray spoke with different employees of the dealership and they worked out a way that I could have my car and keep it under budget. I went home to my family probably an hour after arriving and was told to come back later in the afternoon for the paperwork. The paperwork took 15 minutes, during which time I was informed, but not pressured into, purchasing "extras", to which I declined. I love my vehicle and I enjoy that the money I spend on my lease is going towards a small town dealership that takes pride in their job. More
