I emailed Justin and we were able to work out the details. The price was fair and I was able to have a few additional offers I had received applied to the transaction without any fuss. In my case I was a little down-to-the-wire and needed to purchase the car (2016 Volt) relatively quickly in order to take advantage of a state incentive. We initially had some difficulty locating an available vehicle but Justin came through and I was able to take delivery on time and got the state incentive. I found Justin to be very knowledgeable about the car I purchased which sadly is not always the case with Chevrolet dealers. It was a very pleasant experience and if I were to buy another Chevrolet I would definitely go back to Terryville Chevrolet. More

I arrived there 50 minutes later and was told the truck was no longer there but they had a truck exactly like it for only $ 6,000.00 more. I had one more truck to look at in Terryville Chevrolet, My expectations were very low going in. But slowly my attitude changed after talking to Justin, no pressure, no trying to talk me into something I didn't want. Just straight answers to simply questions. This was unheard of in Minnesota as dealers are closed here and you get no response. As I was in Minneapolis with an interest in this CT car timing was the main issue. Justin confirmed the car only had 4000 miles on it and it was mint, at that point the car was mine and he made that happen with financing and paperwork all completed by the next day Monday. Got the warranty all handled as we had to have it by 12/31 to be effective and he took care of it all, We jumped in the car and headed 1500 miles with 2 Chihuahuas to pick up the car-had a wonderful experience overall-service dept even had to work on my Spark while there as a warning light came on during road trip and they even quickly handled that immediately. Quick and easy experience as I had already had this exact car in 2010 before so no need to explain the options-but he was willing. Got us on the road with both cars ready to go and with a smile. All employees were great to deal with. We are so glad to have found the car and this dealer even if it was a long drive. More

Wonderful Buying Experience Last month I purchased my first brand new car in 20 years!!! After going to many dealerships, I went to Terryville Chevrolet and met Justin Uriano. Last month I purchased my first brand new car in 20 years!!! After going to many dealerships, I went to Terryville Chevrolet and met Justin Uriano. I can't say enough good things about how well he handled our transaction. I told Justin that I had seen the Tahoe of my dreams online and that was the car that I wanted. He gave me a big smile, got the car out for me to test drive and coached me about all the new features. It was the very best test drive out of over 10 of them. When we went through all the transaction details, Justin helped set up my GM Partner discount, the OnStar account and got us a very fair price. I ordered some extra features that the dealership needed to install and when one of them was not quite ready, we took delivery of our new Tahoe on a Saturday and Justin went out of his way to meet me on Monday, drive my car to the dealership, get the parts installed and returned my new car to me at work!!!
