I live a few hours away in MI & had never been to this dealership prior. I scheduled an appointment with Alex and had a great experience. I called him up on a Saturday and scheduled the appointment for first thing Monday morning. His communication was great..he texted me on Sunday (his day off) to confirm my appointment and also followed up post purchase to see how I was enjoying the truck...definite sign that he cares, not just about the sale, but the overall customer experience which I appreciate no matter where I go. Come Monday he had the truck warmed up and ready to go for a test drive prior to my arrival. During the test drive and purchase process he was easy to talk to and not pushy whatsoever....breath of fresh air as this isn't always the case at every dealership you visit. During my visit I also dealt with Morgan who made the paperwork side of things as seamless as possible. She was also a pleasure to deal with. Overall extremely solid experience. Dealership had a a great variety of trucks that were in great condition..I personally could not be happier with the truck Alex sold me, I see myself hanging onto it for quite some time. I would recommend the dealership/Alex & Morgan to any prospective buyers moving forward. More
