The next day I bought the vehicle I had been nonchalantly shopping for over the last 6 months. My encounter with the financial officer was not as pleasant. Not enough concrete answers and too much push. But on my return to finish signing all the papers the following day, I expressed my displeasure of the previous day and she took it well; we worked things out and it ended very favorably. Then Alex even took me to meet a manager in the service department to assure me they'd take care of things for me. So my experience ended very well. More
