Easist sale ever We drove 2 hrs to dealership to look at a 2017 Silverado (which we were certain we would buy) but also realized dealer had a 2016 F150 Supercrew. We t We drove 2 hrs to dealership to look at a 2017 Silverado (which we were certain we would buy) but also realized dealer had a 2016 F150 Supercrew. We took both for a test drive and decided the F150 had a much nicer drive and ride. Both vehicles same price and price was under KBB. They took my 2008 on trade and gave me a fair trade-in price. No negotiations...easy sale. Filled out some paper work and out the door in 2 hrs. Awesome. My only complaints..... They sold me a truck that literally had no gas (was on E with warning light on). Also, on my way to the gas station the hood popped up. Not familiar with the 2016 had to go back to dealership and they were able to show me how to find the release under the hood. 2 weeks later driving in first rain and I noticed the windshield wipers are really bouncing/skipping around on the windshield and just then the passenger windshield wiper arm comes off. I was able to get that back on myself. Lemon??? I hope not. Dealership advertises a 48 point vehicle safety check so buying a used vehicle you should feel reassured but somehow wiper/wiper blade arms and hood latch are not on 48 point check list? I wish I would have asked for a overview of the vehicle and all the features. So many nice features on the 2016 F150....I am still finding them out. A nice bonus...we didn't know we had a free 3 month Sirius subscription. Would I recommend dealership....yes. Cody and Morgan were very friendly and helpful. Made the experience pleasant. More

jeep service on going been having a on going issue with my stobes lights in which this dealship did in put them in when I bought jeep brand new my husband talk with caleb been having a on going issue with my stobes lights in which this dealship did in put them in when I bought jeep brand new my husband talk with caleb and seem to get know where he never returned phone calls to try to get this settle they have had all the slip in the service depaetment of everything that was done and many time over there for same problem the stobes lights caleb just blew us off like customer service does not matter or trying to help I am really disappointed in small town dealship how bad was treated in not taking care of this when is was there fault because they put it in and over charge for it More
