The sixty some miles that we traveled to get there was so worth it! Tre' Hendricks was the best car salesman that we have ever dealt with! He was not pushy...he cared about us and our time. He knew everything there was to know about the Jeep he sold us. He even took the car to have it washed and detailed while we were waiting for the financial part to be taken care of. He was such a great guy and reminded my wife and I of our own son! We didn't think customer service could get any better but then we met the receptionist who was absolutely wonderful!! After that, Bryan worked with us to work on the trade-in on our car. Bryan was also amazing and very thoughtful when he pointed out an issue with our trade-in car that we were not even aware of. He made sure not to insult us with the issue with our car and still gave us a good deal on our trade-in vehicle. Next we met their finance manager. I apologize but I do not remember his name. He did absolutely everything for us. He even transferred our insurance for us! They were so quick with everything! We literally looked at vehicles, test drive one, did the financing and trade-in and were out of there with our new Jeep in less than an hour and a half! We absolutely love our new 2017 Jeep Cherokee and could not have purchased it from a better dealership! Thank you Terry Henricks! You guys are awesome!! More
