I felt pressured by those guys to buy a more expensive car because there banks could not/would not loan me for the particular overpriced car that I wanted. I wont be returning . those dealerships are nothing but hype. your paying for the big dealership name. Its certainly not for the service. your dealership is different.I loved the fact that it was low pressure and you came up with some creative financing. this was done simply by using local banks., gee who would have guessed? you made the deal work for me and I came out with the car that I wanted. ted did a excellent job with the deal. very professional. answered all of my questions. he is top notch. you have a great dealership. hats off to you. Had a great Jeep buying experience here! I went to Terry Henricks to take a look at a Grand Cherokee I had found online. I had called the dealership to check if the vehicle was still availab I went to Terry Henricks to take a look at a Grand Cherokee I had found online. I had called the dealership to check if the vehicle was still available, and I spoke with Austin who was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle i was wanting to know. It was about a 3 hour drive from where I live, which is quite a journey being uncertain if I would be finding the right vehicle to purchase. Upon arrival at the dealership he had the Jeep pulled right up by the front doors, running and cooled down inside (being a hot day) which was very nice. I test drove it and really enjoyed how it drove and how it looked, however there were a few issues with it cosmetically, and the GPS was glitching. I mentioned these things to Austin and he dug into the issues right away and found out they would be taken care of under the warranty of the Jeep and in about a week he got a hold of me again and had the Jeep nearly ready to go, with only one more repair that was already scheduled. Even was nice enough since the repairs were going to delay me having a way to get around, they dropped off a vehicle all the way by Grand Rapids while picking up mine for the last repair. Quite a fantastic dealership if you ask me. I would definitely return her for future vehicle purchasing. Austin was a huge help and took care of my needs very well, highly recomend him. More

Great place to buy a car! I found a vehicle on their website that seemed reasonable, (it was a 2010 Chevy Impala) I stopped in and asked if I could look at it. Doug took me out I found a vehicle on their website that seemed reasonable, (it was a 2010 Chevy Impala) I stopped in and asked if I could look at it. Doug took me out and told me about it and what my options would be or what I could do in order to get the car. I said lets run my credit through a couple of banks and see what they say, I left their because it could take a few hours or instantly get a result. I got a call from Doug the next day with some good news saying that I can get the car but I needed a cosigner in order to get the car, I told him I didn't want to go that route but I will let him know by the end of the week. I called on Wednesday telling him that I do have a down payment that I could do on that vehicle, he said ok I will send that to a few banks and get back with you. He called me latter saying that I can get the car on my own with just the down payment, I said ok I'll come in on Saturday with my dad and well look at it. I stopped in and found out the car was already sold, prier to that I found a 2010 Nissan Altima that just got in on Friday. I asked Doug could I test drive that one, he said sure. I left there that afternoon with the car and drove it home with a feeling of gratitude knowing that this car will work for me. I am thankful in having a great guy to work with and to help me with all of my needs. Thanks Terry Hendriks for all the help and getting me a vehicle that I can drive for years to come. I'll definitely come back for service and getting a new or newer vehicle. More
