Service personnel are knowledgeable and polite. I had a service-related problem one afternoon while on the highway. We called Terry Hendricks' service department from my cell phone, explained the problem, and asked what the problem might be. The service department said to bring it in on the way home. They plugged it in on their computer system when we arrived, found a malfunctioning fuel injector was at fault, ordered the required parts, offered a loaner car and had the repair done by 9:15 the next morning. I recommend this dealership very highly. More
