Very friendly and accomidating. From the first e-mail to the dealership in the Autotrader app to the final signatures I was happy with the rapid responses. I found the perfect truck. He asked if I could come that day. I got to the dealership and my truck was at the front door running. It was snowing. He braved the elements to get done what needed to be done. I forget the of the woman in finance but she showed me all payment options so I could make a decision that was best for me. After the papers were signed Dugan offered to have the truck delivered to me the next day since I had a lot of stuff still in my trade in and the Resistall guy had left for the day. I work an hour away and in another state. My truck was delivered as promised. I couldn’t be happier. More

No deal Visited this dealership early in the morning. Only had three sales people available and all were busy. We waited and Austin the sales manager finally Visited this dealership early in the morning. Only had three sales people available and all were busy. We waited and Austin the sales manager finally approached us and asked us if we need help. We did so he grabbed Doug walking out of his office. We were looking at two vans and liked the first one we test drove. The second was pulled up to the front (even tho we were standing right beside it and had to follow the van up to the front instead of being offered a ride.weird.) as it was sitting there idling it started to get a loud knock. They took it to service and said obviously nothing was wrong! (Yeah right) needless to say they lowballed our trade and wasn’t willing to negotiate at all. Not impressed with the whole operation. Drove an hour to see them. Won’t waste my time going to small town dealers again. More
