Michael Gruen at Terry Henricks responded quickly to my inquiry, talked me through what he knew of my Dodge Journey, and sent videos to me. He asked questions, and did not give off the must make a sell vibe. With my schedule, I couldn't drive the car for a few days. They held the car, prepped it for my wife the next day, and had paperwork already drawn up when we picked up with a restless toddler the day after. Financing with Chad was easy and relaxed.
