Not happy with service. I got in car, cranked it and it turned over and over. Then connected and went dead. Check engine light on. Phoned service on Thursday and she said they could not see me until Tuesda turned over and over. Then connected and went dead. Check engine light on. Phoned service on Thursday and she said they could not see me until Tuesday and do not drive it. Thought like other dealerships you could drive up there and either leave it or wait. So the next morning husband took it to Cronic and they reset it in a matter of minutes. More
Probably the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Terry and Johnny worked with me to find the best deal on my wife’s new Tahoe. The whole experience was exceptional! Not happy with the effort to correct the problem,. Took it to the dealership expecting them to diagnose my electrical problems that were occurring. They blamed it on parts that had already been replaced it to the dealership expecting them to diagnose my electrical problems that were occurring. They blamed it on parts that had already been replaced by my Insurance company and refused to look further for the problem unless they charged me to replace the same parts again. I took it somewhere else and a short was found in the wiring harness. The service writer refused to listen to the info she was provided by the collision center. More

We went in with a 2016 trade in, financing through them and we had no lease or special financing and we had the screen shot of the deal online. When the sales person sent the manger over. He could not give us a reason for the decision. Also they valued our trade in at our pay off. While it actually valued at more. We showed him an offer from another location we did not want to purchase from. He stated "I don't have to give you the value" Terry Cullen did not earn our business or our money. More

Lied and told me that I needed a new engine in my hummer h3. They told me that I needed a new engine when mine only had 103,000 miles.Just because they could not figure out how to fix the oil pressure light.I wa They told me that I needed a new engine when mine only had 103,000 miles.Just because they could not figure out how to fix the oil pressure light.I was told this after almost 3 weeks of them keeping the truck and more than $600 later.So I took my truck somewhere else to find out that it was just the oil pressure switch.Terry Cullen was trying to charge me $14,000 for a engine that was not needed will never go there again!!!
