My truck has been at the dealership over a month and they haven't even started the begin repairs yet. I keep getting the run around after numerous calls and visits. I had a great experience. Stanley was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting my extended warranty applied to my A/C repair bill. Not happy with service. I got in car, cranked it and it turned over and over. Then connected and went dead. Check engine light on. Phoned service on Thursday and she said they could not see me until Tuesda turned over and over. Then connected and went dead. Check engine light on. Phoned service on Thursday and she said they could not see me until Tuesday and do not drive it. Thought like other dealerships you could drive up there and either leave it or wait. So the next morning husband took it to Cronic and they reset it in a matter of minutes. More
