Billy Rogers, the sales manager, did exactly what he said he would do. He found the exact car I wanted at a great price. There were no last second surprises from the finance department either. I found my car from out of town and drove from Knoxville TN to get it. I Loved the dealership and all the people their. I'm giving this rating to Steve in the Service Department for outstanding customer service solving a long distance problem. My daughter Jennifer works in Stockbridge Ga. and I'm her father and live in Palm C for outstanding customer service solving a long distance problem. I had just returned home to Florida after spending a week with Jennifer to find and purchase a new car. She had an expensive Toyota Sequoia that she purchased at Car Max and although it was a good vehicle it was very expensive to maintain and the payments,insurance and gas was more than her budget could handle. She ended up trading the Sequoia and purchasing a 2009 Chevy Malibu. The next day she called me at home very upset because she had a check engine light came on and her gas gauge was not working and asked for my help. I called the Terry Cullen Service Department at the end of the day.(I was wondering what kind of help I would receive calling from Florida at closing time). I was connected with Steve in Service and I felt like I was talking to a close family member who really cared and immediately got involved. He scheduled an appointment with my daughter for the next morning, got her a rental car and took care of the problem. I know most companies try to offer good customer service, but I feel Steve really cared about helping us and went above and beyond the call of duty. He is a strong asset to this dealership and my daughter and I really appreciate the expert level of service we received. More
When I began my search to buy a new car, I called around to several dealerships in my area. I chose Terry Cullen Chevrolet because everyone was so extremely helpful. My salesman was Keith and even over the to several dealerships in my area. I chose Terry Cullen Chevrolet because everyone was so extremely helpful. My salesman was Keith and even over the phone, he was tremendously helpful in discussing prices, models, mileage, and available cars on the lot. Keith demonstrated such patience in answering all one thousand of my questions. He made me feel as though he was happy to be helping me, not trying to get me off of the phone to move on the next customer. When I made it to the dealership about a week later, Keith was not available so the sales manager Q stepped in to help. Q was so great to work with. He took me around the lot and showed me cars he thought I would be interested in and I found one that I absolutely fell in love with. I will go back to Terry Cullen Chevrolet when it comes time to buy another car, and I will definitely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. I love my Tahoe! More

I will not buy from any other dealer and my husband has even said when he purchases his new tru Chevelot and every single experience has been great. Terry Cullen Chevrolet was absolutely fantastic when it came to my recent purchase of my new 2012 Tahoe. I pulled right up and there was a salesperson right there to assist me. I have a fear and hatred of came to my recent purchase of my new 2012 Tahoe. I pulled right up and there was a salesperson right there to assist me. I have a fear and hatred of dealerships from previous experiences, so I was very weary of the games they might try to play. I told Keith, the salesperson who immediately greeted me, that I did not need his help as I hate being pressured into situations. He said, and I quote, "Ma'am that is completely understandable. Here is my card, please come find me if you need any help whatsoever, or if you have any questions at all." He handed me his information, and even showed me how the cars are laid out, so I could find what I was looking for. I browsed for a bit, but was still unsure of exactly what I wanted. I went back inside and found Keith, and he took me outside with keys of 3 different Tahoes and explained the varieties and differences in each one. The best part about this was that Keith was enthusiastic and excited to help me, which made me feel 10x more comfortable. We took a test drive and arrived back at the dealership. They appraised my trade, a little bit less that what I was hoping for, but they got me an excellent interest rate, and an excellent monthly payment to make up for it. A special touch that I appreciated more than anything was that Billy Rodgers (Sales Manager) came out and spoke with me, just to make sure that my experience was a good one. What a classy example of how business should be done. It was such a weird feeling going through this process because I hate dealerships, but at Terry Cullen I felt so comfortable. I would refer anybody in the Atlanta area to this dealership and anybody to go see Keith, Billy, and the entire crew down at Terry Cullen Chevrolet. Amazing staff, excellent experience, A+ customer service! More
