Stanley Watkins told me he would charge me 95.00 for a diagnostic test i ended up paying 465.00 for just labor my total bill came to 811.00 for a part that cost 250.00 dollars. If you are a single lady dont go up their to get your car serviced unless you have a male friend that knows about cars.I have talked with six different mechanics and they all said they ripped me off. Dont do business with them they are crooks. More

I drove an hour and a half to trade here, was dreading it in the worst way. I was greeted by Jeff. He was awesome and informative, not pushy at all, no high pressure here. I told them what I wanted for my trade and what I would give for their vehicle. I told them basically how much I wanted to finance not where I wanted my payment to be. Actually they didn't even ask about my payment, which is what most dealers do. They figure what you can afford and charge you whatever and stretch the payment out to meet your number. Not Jeff, not at Terry Cullen, they were straight up and I knew all aspects of my deal before I made it. Check them out , you won't regret it. More

My boyfriend called and they told him the same thing, when I got there the guy acted like they couldnt do the service. So he went to the back to talk to some people and came out telling me that it would basically be $200 for the service, in the meantime he was being impolite, he kept cutting me off when I spoke to him, and wouldnt listen to anything I had to say. I am so happy that I chose Terry Cullen Southlake to purchase my 2013 Camaro. I had been researching the car for a month and was considering another dealership. Late one night I finally submitted my in purchase my 2013 Camaro. I had been researching the car for a month and was considering another dealership. Late one night I finally submitted my information to Terry Cullen after looking at their inventory. I received a phone call from Dan around 9:00 A.M. the next morning greeting me and asking me "When do you want to come pick up your new Camaro?" I explained to him my situation and what I wanted. Dan asked me to submit a credit application and he would take a look and get back with me with an answer. Within an hour or so Dan called me back and said to me "What did I tell you when I called you earlier?" "Come pick up your new Camaro." I was sooooo excited. We set up a 4:00 P.M. to close the deal. Upon my arrival, Dan greeted my family and me promptly and warmly. He explained that my application was in financing. In the mean time, he offered us water and showed where there restrooms and vending machines were. Shortly thereafter, he asked me about my color preferences and it was available(metallic blue)! He showed me my price and monthly payment range. I accepted the terms and we then took a test drive as he explained all the features of the car. Once I agreed that was the one I wanted, he processed the application and gathered documents from me. I was then introduce to the Loan Manager and we reviewed the price and payments, in which I agreed. Following Dan introduced me to the team that would be cleaning up my new ride. In the meantime, Dan remained with me and family and conversed with us making sure we were comfortable and to assure me that the process will be finished shortly. I was so impress with his friendliness and the short amount of time it took go through the whole process once I got their. We were in and out within 2 hours. All my other car buying experiences took all day...this is my fifth car buying experience. I mentioned that to him and thanked him for making it a quick process. The financing experience was very smooth, non-intimidating, and friendly. Kevin, I believe, patiently and thoroughly explained my terms and warranties while allowing me to ask clarifying questions. Once completed, Dan congratulated and escorted me to my 2013 Camaro. We then set up my On-Star. He asked if I had anymore questions, thanked me for my business, informed me that he would check on me in a few days but call if I had question and sent me on my way with a BIG SMILE!!!!!!!!! I am so happy that Dan and Terry Cullen heard my concerns, needs and wants and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Dan/Terry Cullen Dealership to others. I have bought three vehicles int he last 24 months, two Camaro's and a Sonic. Each time I was treated like a king and given a great deal. Sure I searched dealers as far away as Buford, but why travel, this Camaro's and a Sonic. Each time I was treated like a king and given a great deal. I have delt with service many weekends for routine stuff and I was always in and out quick. In addition Lee followed up on every visit to ensure everything went well. I would like to really point out the work of Keith Baker and my sales woman Sheri Lynn Key. I went in just to see if it was possible to trade in my 2009 Toyota Corolla for a new Equinox. Every question I had, she had very straight forward and to the point answer. My credit wasn't the best but I wanted to "THANK" the finance department for not giving up and after some time, we finally got a lender to finance me and take in my trade.
