Hi Mr. McClain - Your appointment time for your services is a drop off time only, which is especially important when it comes to Corvettes. We have limited lifts that are equipped to handle C8 Corvettes and even more limited technicians qualified to work on them. We do our best to explain over the phone, and in the text message appointment reminder that we send out before you come in, that your appointment time is a drop off time only. I am very sorry for the frustrations this has caused you, that is by no means our intention. As always, you are more than welcome to wait on your vehicle, however we want to be respectful of your time so you are not hanging around the dealership all day for your vehicle to be ready.
