BUYER BEWARE.....Terrebonne Ford of Houma does dirty dirty business. I bought my 2011 Expedition there brand new. The tires looked worn from day one. We brought it there several times and asked them to please look at them. We were told over and over that the tires were brand new when put on the vehicle. In 3 years time, it only has 22,000 miles on it. I drive it in town primarily. It has been on the interstate a handful of times. We rotate the tires and get alignments faithfully. Two of the tires are now balding and the tread on the other two are very low. My husband finally took it once more, and we were told that indeed the tires had been switched out from another vehicle!!! Now the story has changed to it was only one tire. They are offering us the same exact deal that I would get if I used the warranty Goodyear has. A warranty that would only need to be used if I had done something to cause this kind of situation. $400 for 4 new tires. I don't feel that I should have to pay anything because I didn't have new tires to begin with. So today I call the supervisor, Anthony Palmazanno, and tried to explain to him what I expected to be done. I told him that I did contact my attorney. He was EXTREMELY rude and was talking over me in a "FIRST OF ALL....blah blah blah" type way. I interrupted and he told me that he had nothing more to say and if I wanted to talk that I could contact him through my attorney. I told him that I would be posting here and his reply was "Oh, so you are threatening me now?". Facebook is a public forum, Mr. Palmazanno. You really should consider treating Ford customers better. This is not over. I plan to take this as high as I can but if you have had similar issues with Ford, it may not be just you. There may be tons of us that have been lied to. My wife and I were looking for a Certified Car. We looked at Barker Honda, Greg Leblanc Toyota, and several dealerships online. But we ultimately found our dream car, a loaded 2013 Ford Fusion at Ter looked at Barker Honda, Greg Leblanc Toyota, and several dealerships online. But we ultimately found our dream car, a loaded 2013 Ford Fusion at Terrebonne Ford. Our salesperson Sean was pleasant and professional and actually "listened" to us and directed us to the perfect car. The car had 13,000 miles on it and looked and smelled brand new. The Ford Certified Program is second to none in terms of warranty and interest rates. We met the managers, Jeff and Tate. They really took an interest in us and made us feel secure in our decision. The business manager was amazing. Perfection is a strong word, but I can't think of anything that could have been better or gone smoother. I recommend Terrebonne Ford Used Cars to all my friends and family. Thank you, Terrebonne Ford!!! More
Took my Ford F-250 for service and because my front end shaking. They said nothing was wrong, buy tires. I had to drive 45 mph on the way home the truck was shaking so bad. I took truck back paid Terrebonn shaking. They said nothing was wrong, buy tires. I had to drive 45 mph on the way home the truck was shaking so bad. I took truck back paid Terrebonne 1700 for service & parts. 300 for rent a car. They told me to get tires again. The truck shook so bad on the way back I had to drive on the shoulder. i bought brand new tires to put on the truck and the truck still shook i had to take them off so i didn't ruin them. I emailed Terrebonne and still after 3 months have not received a response. I called Ford Motor Company and was told they are a franchise and there was nothing they could do. Please Please take your vehicle somewhere else. More
Dale Fryou, Body Shop Manager came through for me when nobody else at the dealership would, when our family needed a loner car for my granddaughter. Ahh, the quest to buy a used car. Let me start by saying (so you will know where I am coming from) Larry and Yogi at Terrebonne Ford used cars are typical, lying, talk out the side of their mouths, used car (so you will know where I am coming from) Larry and Yogi at Terrebonne Ford used cars are typical, lying, talk out the side of their mouths, used car salesman. I honestly put them right up there with politicians and convicts. They bait you into their over price car lot with “Guaranteed Financing” and low, low prices. LIES!!!! There is no guaranteed financing and if you don’t qualify the only thing you have to show for your waste of time is another blemish on your already poor credit report. They get you to fill out an application (takes about an hour) have all your information (sale to internet and other sales solicitors) get a picture of your drivers license (no telling what for) and then the IGNORE you. Won’t call you back and do the typical shuffle all used car salesman do. Think about it folks, have you ever met a used car salesman that wouldn’t rip off his own mother for commission. The bad part is I went there during tax season, when the mark the cars up higher and really don’t need your business. What they did not know, and if they had bother to return my calls, is I could of come up with a higher down payment if required. I guess they don’t need my money. I am following this up to the BBB of Houma with a complaint of false advertising for the claim of Guaranteed financing. My advice is, take cash, don’t go to overpriced lots and save your self a big old headache. More
