I was there on a Wednesday to browse and purchased the car by Friday afternoon. Sales Representative was very polite, pleasant, and offered quick service. He offered me to take the car home overnight for a test drive which was very conventient. It allowed my husband to see/ride/drive the car when he otherwise wouldn't have been able to because of a busy work schedule. Each of the three times I went there, I didn't have to wait. Mark was quick on his feet. After the purchase and demo, he offered to repeat the demo another day if I needed. Mark was very knowledgeable about the Lincoln Continental and sincere. I also had the opportunity to deal with James Relan, the business manager. He was also as pleasant and friendly. He was very prompt and knowledgeable in handling the sale.
