Misinformed Service. I received a coupon for an oil change. Of course the coupon did not apply to my vehicle. Great Purchase Experience I showed up without an appointment to see a F150 I saw online. Lanny told me it was on their lot across town and offered to drive me over there. I end I showed up without an appointment to see a F150 I saw online. Lanny told me it was on their lot across town and offered to drive me over there. I ended up test driving it back to the main lot and really liked it. Well I left without buying that day but Lanny stayed in contact with me. A few days later I was able to negotiate a great price over the phone and I made the hour drive back to the dealership to purchase the truck. However, everyone else but Lanny had left for the night so he had to call a finance manager back in to finish the sale. I'm really happy with the truck and will definitely use Lanny for my next vehicle purchase. More
