I tend to avoid the regular service department as it is not as convenient as the QuickLane: Appointments are rarely available the same day or even the same week, especially for warranty / recall work, and they always want to keep the vehicle most of the day, so kind of a hassle, but they do good work. Staff is friendly and always willing to help. The work took longer than I expected, but I was warned that it might, so no problem there. One request: Please leave more detailed voicemails - if the vehicle is ready to pick up, say that in the voicemail so we don't waste the rest of the afternoon playing phone tag. More

My husband was going to get the oil changed in his truck two weeks prior and when he called it was a 3 hour wait. So he did go some place to get the oil changed. That is crazy!! This is no QUICKLANE! Room for improvement I have a service plan that includes a wash every time that I bring it in. I have to remind them to wash it every time I come to pick it up, then the I have a service plan that includes a wash every time that I bring it in. I have to remind them to wash it every time I come to pick it up, then the wash is not very good so I usually have them run it threw a second time. This last time they told me the car wash was waiting for a part, which is a except able answer. However they wouldn't let me come back at a later date if I was in the area. They have some room for improvement at this location. More
