Consistency is the key; even though local shops may be less expensive, knowing that I'll get top flight service with a smile is worth it. Grease seals I thought your evaluation was thorough and your staff was polite. I was a little disappointed in the answer I received about the potential service, as I thought your evaluation was thorough and your staff was polite. I was a little disappointed in the answer I received about the potential service, as I had had that exact service performed, I think about 3 years or so ago. I fully understand the repair was out of the service warranty period, but was not pleased to hear the comment about "there might be defect." I have been driving cars for long time and have never had any other car have a problem with the grease seals in the rear end and the drive shaft, much less than twice in a relatively short period of time. Don't get me wrong, I like the car, and I liked the service, but if there is a defect (and I'm not saying there is, because I don't know) it should be addressed. I did get the car repaired elsewhere at a slightly lower price than what I was quoted for the repair at your facility. More
