Don’t answer the phone Had a parted ordered for my truck. Set up appointment for it to be installed and recall to be done at same time. Service work My daughter dropped off the vehicle on her way to work and she was told that there was no service scheduled. She left it and went to work. I received My daughter dropped off the vehicle on her way to work and she was told that there was no service scheduled. She left it and went to work. I received a call and said the heater switches are installed. I said what about the brake job and John said it's not scheduled. I said it should have been. So they also took care of it and called when it was done. My daughter brought it home after work and she informed me that no service was scheduled. I feel I should have received a call and discussed with me. That's part of great customer service. More

Friendly people but very expensive. We had rear breaks put on our Edge awhile ago. One of the calipers was hanging up and made a rubbing sound from the start. However, we were off on We had rear breaks put on our Edge awhile ago. One of the calipers was hanging up and made a rubbing sound from the start. However, we were off on a 3 week road trip so we didn't contact Tenvoorde until we returned. I took two weeks to get the car back in for the front brakes to be done. I told them about the bad caliper but they said they didn't find anything wrong. Of course it is still making the rubbing sound on occasion. Yes, they said bring it back if it acts up. But I've got many things to do in life besides spending the better part of a day with a problem that was not my fault. In my opinion if they can't find what the problem is they should replace them. It was VERY expensive to have the rear breaks done! KG. More

Mike in the Service Center Mike was amazing and really went above and beyond to address all concerns I had. Even something small, like replacing my windshield wiper fluid spraye Mike was amazing and really went above and beyond to address all concerns I had. Even something small, like replacing my windshield wiper fluid sprayer, he went out of his way to install himself, without an appointment.
