Great service to their customers. My oil change and tire rotation turned into a $950 repair. Also the was something else that broke, but they just covered it since they broke a spindle already. *Disclaimer* Ultimately the breaking of parts is my fault since I don't really wash my car so parts rust. None lasting repair I had a censer issue with my 2013 Edge. They replaced the transmission shift mechanism and fixed problem. Now 2 1/2 years later. $400 to fix again.
