car trouble I was traveling through Minnesota when my car had some major electrical issues. I was able to get off the interstate in St Cloud and find your Ford dealership. The service department staff (namely Mike A.) was fantastic. He listened to what I had to say and then got right on trying to troubleshoot the problem. When it was determined that my car needed repairs that required it to stay in St Cloud, Mike was great about getting me setup with a rental car. Throughout the next couple of days he kept me up to date on the status of my car through texts. When I returned the following Monday, the part was suppose to be arriving shortly. Mike made sure that as soon as it got there the technician got it put in and my car was ready to go. A very unfortunate and anxiety-ridden situation was made not so bad by the attitude and concern shown to me by Mike and the service crew. Thanks so much!!! More

Fast truthful service We brought our vehicle in for a check on something that had been ongoing. I appreciate the honesty and not chasing money and being open about what it would cost. This level of transparency isn’t out there everywhere. I always request Barry because i think hes great with people I love working with Barry at time of service for my car. Hes awesome with customers. Great personal service. I have full confidence in Tenvorde service center. One day my low tire light came on while driving to St Cloud. I stopped in & they filled my air & ch I have full confidence in Tenvorde service center. One day my low tire light came on while driving to St Cloud.
